  5. I haven't abandoned this, I'm just playing 1.10 with less mods while waiting for Kopernicus to update. I decided to do the Apollo Style Redux challenge, and figured I should post it here. This is a modded entry, but still follows all of the rules. Mods installed: Intermission: Apollo Style Redux In some parallel universe, the Kerbals decided to make a rocket to go to the Mun, Kerpollo style. On with the launch already. To the Mun! Adding everything up: Final score (according to me): 285 points!

  8. I made some colored Breaking Ground suits. Link to the textures and cfg.
  9. Recommended mods: Parts: All of Nertea's mods (Near Future, Station Parts, etc.), Restock and Restock+, Kerbal Planetary Base Systems. Gameplay: Extraplanetary Launchpads and Simple Construction, KAS, KIS, SCANsat. QoL: BetterBurnTime, BetterTimeWarp, Mechjeb, KER, Craft Manager, DockRotate, Easy Vessel Switch, For Science!, Trajectories, Waypoint Manager. You should get Breaking Ground, the surface features and robotics are great, but I wouldn't recommend Making History. I've never used the mission builder and most of the parts are included in Restock+.
  10. Granted, your laptop works but it runs at 1 fps. I wish time warp was real.
  11. There's a similar glitch with all engines where you can go above or below normal throttle limits with the KAL controller. You can make the curve go above or below the edges of the controller box by using the curve handles next to each point, resulting in extremely high or negative thrust.

  13. Works fine for me on 1.9.1 with Sigma Dimensions, Alternis Kerbol, and Outer Planets Mod, except Kerbin's terrain is a lot brighter than normal.

  19. First, I have some other things to do. Part 22: Station Shenanigans Round 5 It was a normal day at Minmus. Construction had finished on a Minmus beacon, and then the drill module thought it was a bird and tried to fly away. At Pol, the Karborundum drill resumed mining to help fill the beacon. The downside of the Minmus beacon was that all the other beacons were LB-15s and couldn't warp to Minmus because of Jool's gravity. The Bop beacon was too inconvenient to reach, so a new one was made for a lower Kerbin orbit. After over a joy (Alternis year) at the base, the Minmus crew was getting rotated for a new crew. The Mun base hasn't recieved much attention, so ASC upper management made the executive decision to shut down the base. Back at Minmus, the new drill module was complete. The Minmus beacon is severely underpowered, but the RCS truck was built for this. The Mun crew returned too. Gerbas was trying to watch KerbTube when the video stopped loading. It turns out the main antenna broke, so she went out to fix it. In other news, a kerbal is stranded in space over Minmus. Next time, more station shenanigans and some other stuff, I haven't planned that far yet.
