    According to the official KSP wiki, However I made some tests. Here are the surprising results: Controller priority does nothing. If I try to change the priority of a controller, it's like it has never changed and nothing updates. The output is not averaged. If I change the play position of a controller, all fields it controls are changed to match the values they are on in the KAL's track editor, regardless of priority or other controllers having effect on the given field, even if they have higher priorities. So, has ayone else got these problems? They're frustrating and if the wiki is wrong, that's been at least two years these informations are on it, and I'm very surprised they haven't been removed yet if they were wrong. If this is a bug, could @SQUAD please give some informations about it? Thanks.

    Offset the fairing so that the engine plate in inside it, I tried it, it works. Completely removes drag. Now, overheating comes with drag - no drag, no overheat, perfectly safe reentry.
