    Check if the panels are broken in any way. If they are, get an engineer to the satellite with an EVA Repair Kit and repair them. If all else fails, edit the vessel's .sfs file or remove any Kopernicus Multi Star Logic files.

    You can bruteforce a mod's installation by selecting it, going to the versions tab and selecting the latest version.

    For the modlist you can take an image of your Gamedata folder and put it on Imgur, then click the button that says "insert image from URL". Paste the link to the Imgur image (with .png at the end) and add it. For the logs, copy the KSP.log text file and paste it into a safe file sharing site, then provide the link to the download.
