I've been refining the launcher for the probe that will hopefully manage to land on Tylo. I'm starting to wonder if it would need something like my Saturn V analog, just to get there without using any of its landing fuel.

Thanks for the advice! Yes, I'm using a gradient, but now that you say it, it's probably a good idea to just edit it in later. The way I'm doing it now is basically hit or miss.

I still haven't put anything in orbit around Dres and I have yet to land anything on it, Moho, Tylo, Bop, Pol, and Eeloo. This is just for unmanned probes; the only bodies I've landed Kerbals on (round trips) are Mun, Minmus and Duna!

So I've been playing around a litttle, trying to create a somewhat realistic-looking render of Kerbin with Space Center-land looking at us through the clouds. I'm still not sure if I'm completely happy with the atmosphere, but whenever I try to improve it I usually end up messing it up. I'll leave it like this for now, but I'd love to get some feedback on how to improve it. Many thanks to Chant778 for the surface texture and to NASA's Visible Earth for the cloud map.

The thruster worked fine, actually. 20 m/s was roughly as fast as it went while moving entirely on its own, but I would occasionally boost it a bit by diving. I've never heard of that bug, though. I'll look it up! Are you insinuating something?
