how does that get into orbit?!
-
to land on Duna of course, and take a look at the planet's gravity, its atmosphere, and what the transition between the arctic north and normal sand looks like. Just attaches to a KW decoupler got my inspiration from the Russian Mars 3, launched with a Block D and everything http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mars_3 also, it's a bit hard to see here, but see that white dot? it's Jool (click on image to make it bigger) perfect timing

it's from CardboardBoxProcessor's old Kosmos Space Station parts pack, you can use the search function to try to find it (the search function is useless, but try anyways) they're from ages ago and don't actually work, they're just aesthetic my first actual space station, as is seen here, was made eons ago when Kerbin was colored differently and I had to use a buggy mod for docking (three pieces in orbit, quite an achievement considering how prone they were to floating apart).

I'm so happy that I can finally get to Moho and not blow up from the heat. a new plane, the high altitude Juno-4 Starlight engine portion
-
man, just having tried this, I love it! even the loading screen "bug" enhances the loading screen itself to a degree. Personally, I like the way the Squad logo jitters at the beginning my only complaint is that I can't take ingame screenshots with the ENB effects

you seem upset, is everything alright?

[UNOFFICIAL/FANMADE] 0.21 Discussion thread
KAO replied to blspblackdeath's topic in KSP1 Discussion
personally, I think they should just stick the resource gathering parts and systems and what not first, but that's just me. I do not see how this astronaut complex will change anything besides just being there. and on a less note, I hope they DON'T FORGET TO INCLUDE THE IVA FOR THE HITCHHIKER, because I think I recall nova or one of the other devs saying how they forgot it last time. -
First put a lander up there, now this rover. Sat is supposed to do a retro burn, detach rover, then circularize.

I like this theory the best, unless the hole was made after the name was chosen, but idk about that.

I'm having a bit of trouble using BOSS the situation I'm in is I have the bolt on my ship, everything is turned on and everything. All I do is press F2 and z, which the .xml indicates is the screenshot key. The problem is that no picture shows up in the folder, and I have to resort to using the interface with HUD enabled.

my most badass looking plane, though it still has some quirks in the landing procedure my first trip to Laythe dropped off this lander

the MEM the journy home shall begin now screenshot108 by moon-man1, on Flickr MEM return vehicle arrives at Duna. Due to design errors, the ascent vehicle didn't have RCS; I thought I was doomed. But then KAS came to the rescue. With some quick modification to some .cfg's, my kerbonauts can now grab and place things such as lights, parachutes, and more importantly: RCS thrusters and fuel. Shown here is our kerbonaut about to assemble the RCS system docked ascent vehicle deorbited with remaining fuel, created a nice cloud of debris after the self-destruct ring (read: decoupler that you see on the command pod) was activated. It's a teense difficult to see here, but trust me there was lots of debris my favorite two pics: can you guess what continent this is? (got this completely by chance). Short story short, they landed 35 km away, leading me to send a rescue mission. screenshot146 by moon-man1, on Flickr

the only point I see in it is if you don't want to have an expendable landing system. So you'd have this station, your crew arrives in orbit around the Mun and docks to it, and an awaiting lander takes the crew and sends them down. When they get back up, they dock again, and go back to Kerbin with the original ship. The lander gets refueled.

this may be kinda hard to see, but this is Eeloo from across the Kerbol System in case you couldn't tell, the white dot in the middle is Eeloo
-
with the texture that the devs implemented for the runway, it looks like as if I could crush that thing with the heel of my shoe seriously, it looks like somebody took a 1 inch 3d printout of their craft and put it on their driveway

Can you calibrate the Dragon software to work with KSP?
KAO replied to Themohawkninja's topic in KSP1 Discussion
it would be great if in the config file (this is me assuming it comes with one, I do not use dragon) there was an option that allowed you to map certain spoken words to key strokes. that way you can even vocally activate your action groups -
mods, duh I remember seeing trees a long time ago, way before the forum catastrophe. Is this the same person that made the original tree parts?
