he's probably referring to the loading times when switching screens, it's quite annoying. Alpha or not, they should still fix a bug where the game takes 15 seconds and goes into not responding mode just when I want to go from the VAB to the Space Center.

you should try to upgrade your graphics card. Due to the game's architecture, it can't even use 4GB of ram if it had to.

interplanetary ship designed for trips to Jool, crew just arrived the ol' Laythe Direct approach, didn't even aerobrake at Jool for this, which made it really tricky. Periapsis had to be at 18.7km perfectly or I would risk flying smack into Jool or crash landing on the moon itself. Vall is visible in the horizon well I achieved an orbit, but unfortunately due to the clipped nature of the engine block, it started bucking like a bull and the ship became totally unusable. I evacuated all kerbals to the Soyuz. they wouldn't survive very long in that thing, so their only hope was to make a landing on the planet and hope for edible vegetation dammit

new munar base with Ioncross, now I have oxygen to worry about. sadly, I don't usually go for big designs. This went to Duna has 6 Zenit strap-on boosters, and 3.75 meter main tanks. Don't remember the weight but I know it's the biggest I've built

I built this Duna lander before I decided to delete my save file. The descent would have been powered by the third stage of a Proton. Almost all hope was lost when I found out that the fuel couldn't flow to the transfer engines, I was even about to send up a probe with two KAS bays on both sides. A kerbal would fly out and connect the tank and the engine block with the KAS probe that I would send. made a helicopter, stuck the landing and on a building, it handles quite well

I can imagine that a next-gen Kerbal Space Program would utilize this engine

campaign will pretty much be normal sandbox, except at first your part selection and count is limited and you make money from personal achievements
