  1. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- RealPlume-Stock v0.10.1 [KSP 1.1] - Updated RealPlume files to latest - Updated configs -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DerpyFirework and Felger Edition!
  2. Excellent! Thanks Felger Will do! I'll get a new release out right now, thanks for updating the configs
  3. Update for everyone! Somewhere along the line I mucked up the configs for SVE and it's caused some ugliness on the latest 1.1 version of EVE. So I'm going through the annoying process of basically redoing the configs for the clouds from scratch (I'm using the old configs as a guideline so it's not horrible). I can already tell a huge difference from just redoing Kerbin alone so I think it's going to be worth it in the end. What does this mean for you? Well nothing really.... Today was unfortunately my only day to work on them until Monday or Tuesday so I won't have anymore updates until then. After I get those finished I'm going to continue working on getting most of the textures switched to cubemaps (some will be left how they are). The custom Scatterer settings will be worked on after all of that is finished. Hopefully after that (cross your fingers) I'll finally have something that is release worthy. Stay tuned! More is to come! P.S. If anyone is super knowledgable in writing netkan files for CKAN, send me a PM Oh, I forgot. I'm looking to form a small testing team to help me out with the upcoming development. If you're interested fill out this form.
  4. Ahh, good point. Didn't think of that. Thanks
  5. Hey @rbray89 in the 1.1 version did you make it so the 2D cloud textures show up brighter? They are showing up a lot brighter in SVE than they use to. I've reduced their alpha value in the config to help with it but they've become a little bit too transparent for my liking.
  6. I did indeed! I've been messing with it but rbray (or it might be U5) seems to have changed something in the way the 2D clouds are rendered as I'm having difficulties getting them to look like the way they do in the 1.0.5 version. I've only looked at the equirectangular texture and not the cubemaps so maybe that'll fix it but I haven't been able to sit down with it yet. Edit: Turns out it's something wrong with my config format Looks like I'm redoing these again.
  7. This issue is fixed in the 1.1 version of EVE. Still no scattering effect but it's really not a big deal, like you said, blackrack has more important things to work on than that
  8. No, it doesn't have anything to do with it. Just edits the visual aspects of it
  9. Dang, well I'm not going to be able to test OGL as I'm running Windows so I can't diagnose the problem You are using the dependencies included in my download right?
  10. Are you running Windows? If I'm not mistaken, OpenGL is broken in Windows for 1.1 Interesting... I tested all the stock engines and didn't notice this, I'll look at it again today and see if I can reproduce it.
  11. Hiya everyone. I wanted to poke everyone who follows this about something. I'm going to be very busy over the next number of weeks due to real life things and the development of SVE is going to suffer from that. I wanted to put it out there that anyone who has any experience with EVE or working with this kind of thing, I'd love for you to come and help. If you're interested or want to see if you can do anything to help please send me a PM so I can finally get a release candidate out to you guys Thank you to anyone who shows interest, it means a lot
  12. Neat! Thanks for testing that. I'll be sure to do this. I coulda sworn the third number was no longer needed with the latest EVE but I guess I was wrong!
  13. Update for 1.1 compatibility is out! As always with the pre-release expect bugs. The update includes developmental versions of SmokeScreen and ModuleManager so don't expect everything to run 100%. Also worth noting that the radially attached monoprop stock engine no longer has effects due to squad adding the PhysicsSignficance = 1 line to that config which SmokeScreen doesn't like. So please, don't report that.... Enjoy everyone! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- RealPlume-Stock v0.10.0 - 1.1 Compatibility EXPECT BUGS -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hooray! Bugs galore!
  14. Awesome!! I'll test this today and get an update out soon
  15. You sir are amazing. Thank you! Do you mean the clouds are appearing too bright? If so, I've noticed this in my testing as well. I need to dive into it more. The update was literally just adding the updated EVE files, nothing was changed. Yeah, need to look into this as well... Running into some issues atm.
  16. 1. Yes of course, it wouldn't work in 1.1 without it 2. Yes I am aware, no commits have been.. committed... on Github since then, that's why it says that. Poor work on Github's part, I really wish they'd change (fix?) that. 3. Are you talking about the one's in the sky? If so, it's an actual issue with KSP, not any of the mods. Blackrack has reported it to Squad so hopefully they'll fix it soon 4. Not a problem Hope you enjoy it
  17. You know... I never thought about this... I might do this with SVE... Why are you so brilliant!
  18. As soon as SmokeScreen updates to 1.1, this mod should work again
  19. I think @ZedMC is referring to the bug mentioned in the OP. Make sure you read carefully next time Zed
  20. Redownload SVE and remove any mods besides it and see if it still occurs. If it does, make sure you recreate it and then post some screenshots as well as the KSP.log and output_log.txt file
  21. Can anyone confirm this? I'm not able to test this anytime soon.
  22. Those are older pictures using old custom scatterer configs which are not included anymore. I will be re-releasing them in the next* version *probably maybe possibly totally might be the next version
  23. Looks awesome! Reminds me of the sunflares in EVE (not the mod, the game)
