How long will the Outer Space Treaty last?

Well as militaristic as i am, and as much as i would actually like to see spacewarfare, it doesnt seem likely. People want to be rich not dead. So why waste money on create expnsive orbital weapon systems? What would be war good for, these days? (Imean proper war, not that srewed up riotcontroll in middleeast). Buying and seling things, can get you rich lot faster, easier, and safer than conqering and plundering. Off course sometimes you can boost your bussines negotiations with some millitary action, But just small and well thought. You dont want to destroy those resources you are triing to get, do you? Also there is better chance that people will support you, if you just want them to close eyes over occasional dirty bussines practice, than if you force them to crawl in mud with haevy cold piece of metall in hands. -
What? KSP isnt 64bit compatible?

Is there any colision between Mechjeb and following mods? : KAS kerbal atachment system, AIES, Firespitter, B9 Aerospace, Kethane, ISA MapSat, Rubberband, Chatterer, or Aviation lights? I was using mechjeb with most of theese bfore with no problems. But lately Mechjeb behaves strange. The ascent guidance works ok untill cirkularization. Mechjeb controlls the wessel all the way up, then warps to apoapsis, and then does nothing. Same goes for all the space features, like randevouse autopilot, maneuver node autopilot, Smart ass. If i plan maneuver trough mech jeb and hit create and execute, it sets the node, but thats all. if i point the ship to right directon manually mechjeb will fire main engine, but allways owershoots, and i have to constantly correct its course manualy because mechjeb refuses to steer the blasted thing. Same goes for Smartass. You can push the prograde, retrograde or whatewer button you want all you want, but it does nothing. In krbin atmosphere mechjeb works fine. but as soon as i go above 70km it just stop working. Sometimes i can get him to work if i reload quick save few times, and some times it works ok all the mision. Last ship i had problems with was just simple rocket build with stock parts, mechjeb, aviation lights and B9 Aerospace parts, and i vanted to dock it with another ship that was pushet up with mechjeb without issues even if it was much more complcated design, but this second simplier ship i wasnt able to even get to circular orbit as mechjeb was refusing to steer it, and i really suck in keeping the nose pinted right way manually. Never had theese issues before. Actually i hadnt theese issues till yesterday.

No way to use this in 0.20.2 For some reason, it allways crashes the game. Even simplest designs, like just stock cocpit stock fuel tank and stock engine, crashes the game on launchpad, if you put Mapsat device on it.

Tried to create a helicopter again. Before 0.20.0 i was able to create somewhat "stable" helicopter using lots of controlsurfaces and stuff. Now all the choppers spins and wiggle like crazy ,no matter how much surfaces i use, if i dont hold F. Unfortunately holding F overheats the engine. So helicopter parts are useles. The rest is great. I created Vtol propeler seaplane with this, and was really happy how it came out. But the helicopter parts just dont work. Seems like tailrotors have not enough power to counter the torque of main rotor.

I made one, i got it to the space, but never managed to land back with it. I always lose control as i dive back to the thicker atmosphere(the one where crafts catch fire), the plane starts to spin out of contoll and crash. I dont have the craft file anymore unfortunately cause i got angry and deleted it.

Crafts with mapsat are unlaunchable. Game freezes. When i finsh craft in VAB and then hit the launch button, game freezes and i have to restart it. Mod is "installed" (Should i call it install if in fact i just copy paste a folder into another folder?) correctly. I use mechjeb in all my craft. And i had a kethane sensor on this craft. So maybe some mod collision?

I tried to switch controll modes from the RMB menu, didnt help. Ill try it more as soon as i´ll come home from work. EDIT: So it seems that those parts just hate the stock kerbal seat. If i use em with normal cocpit (stock or mod), they work as charm. if i use the kerbal seat instead, they doesnt work. -

Tried for first time, doesnt work. The parts displays in SPH, they are usable, you can even ad action keys to functions, you can launch craft and then right click to get the menu, but thats all tracks doesnt respond to any command. i will investigate more tomorow evening. Oh i have mechjeb on the vehicle. Could that be a problem? -
Man i cant find the DL link i only find link to 3.3.1 there.

No i dont speak about physically rotating. As far as i know they never did that. I speak about the thing when you can click the dish, set the target to it, then click safe and close, and it will then say pointed at: "something". That doesnt work, and it did work before. now if you click "safe and close" nothing happends, and you have to click "close without saving", wich leads to "pointed at:none" -

Oh yes. Iam mechnical engineer, i understand machines, not people. so it is entirely possible that i dont know much about this. If you are psychologist or sociologist than its certain, that you know far more about this than me. Everithing i present here is just theory. And i presenting it for only two reasons: 1. i enjoy such discussions 2. i Strongly dissagree with this wydely acceptet idea, that more inteligent/advanced automaticaly means more moral. Because my experience with people, says otherwise. -

Morall depends on culture, and feelings. Not inteligence. People are morale because they can feel things like sadness, pity, love, sentiment and such. Highly advanced civilisation would most probably be more pragmatic than morale. So they would probably not care about lower civilizations at all, so if they wold encounter such civilization, they would just destroy it by not noticing it, as Construction truck destroys anthill (that was mentioned in some older post in this thread). Allso civilization as advanced as type 3 would probably so long after type 1 that would probably allready forgot that they ewer been there. Allso i doubt that any civilisation can reach type III, because somevhere at realy advanced type II stage, they would be so advance, that they would have no motivation to evolve more. or as soon as they will technologicaly advanced to such level that non of them would have to work, they would probably start to focus mostly on entertanment. They will become lazy, and slowly degrade to immobille piles of fat, connected to some kind of virtual reality entertainment system. They would stop reproduce, and just fade away. -

Dishes doesnt work properly. If you try to point dish to target, it doesnt work. everything else seems to work allright. I have only Mechjeb and RT. no other mods in 0.2.0 yet. -
Yeah maybe something like that. Dont know. never needed that knowledge since finished school.

There was theory that said that all the energi is consumed by something that the author called enthropy. But then someone else stated that it is nonsence, cause no energi is consumed, just changed. Forexample: mechanical energi changet to electrical, electrical changed to thermal and so on.

Hmm i thougth that theory of entropy was discarded long ago (80´s i think?). Yet it seems some people still believe in it. But iam only simple Mechanical engineer, my knowledge of universe related sciences is limited. Can anyone point me to the right literature?
