That's because 0 is the major version 22 is the minor version Each update squad does has incremented the minor version by 1. But one day, they could decide that what they've done is enough for a major version. So they reset the minor version counter, and increment the major version by 1. A summary of the thread: We are superior to PewDiePie fans. If PewDiePie makes a video about KSP, the forums will instantly be overrun with unpleasant people.
