  1. I support the idea of a Mediafire download link. For me, the Soviet Pack downloaded completely but then said 'Can not open .zip file'. So I used an unarchiver I downloaded from the internet, but realized that the file had been corrupted (either when downloading or by the unarchiver, I don't know) when I opened KSP and had no Plugins, no IVAs, and a few parts were missing .cfg files. I'm pretty sure that is not how BobCat uploaded it, just because he is the opposite of dumb and only someone very stupid would upload the mod like that. I think this was a Spaceport-related problem, because a few other people said that the could 'Not open the .zip file' after downloading from Spaceport.
  2. OK, something was glitching and I couldn't post for a day. I put the Fuel Storage Tank thought Unity, but when I put it into the game and pressed CTRL+K to open KerbTown, selected the model and pressed 'Create' it was sort of...invisible. I'm sure I did everything correctly, but...any ideas anyone?

  4. Not yet, Kowbell has helped me a lot with texturing of the fuel storage tank, but I haven't had time to put it through Unity. Hopefully tomorrow I will have something to show.

  8. It appears that the silo cover does not have a collision mesh, so putting a FASA Titan-II or Atlas-B does not, apart from looking ugly, do anything wrong.
  9. I think your terrain detail might be on low or something...I remember someone else in this thread with the same problem, and it was caused by the terrain detail...I think...
  10. I agree with Head Hunter. CSS is nice, but the wheel bug is SO DAMN ANNOYING!!! (No offense Cepheus, I know you're doing your best to fix)
  11. For me, as an experienced flyer in X-Plane 9 and 10 (several hundred hours logged in a virtual airline) using feet and knots in the atmosphere is much more convenient. However, since HDG mode is in feet and NAV mode is in meters people could just use whichever one they want at any time. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
  12. I just want to say, this has not died, I was in Venice without a computer and then the forums went down. I am now trying to learn Unity so some (untextured) models can be put into the game.

  19. What is Modular Launch Sites? This is a project to create different launch sites and random cosmetic objects to place around them. I will be using KerbTown, which allows you to place static objects in-game. What do I have so far? So far I have a one-third done launch site with a retractable launch tower. Before launch, you click on it and it rotates away from the rocket. Also, a fuel storage tank! What do I have planned? -A Baikonur-esque launch site with retractable launch tower. -'Floating' launch site 'a la' SeaLaunch. -Multi-missile silo. -Different buildings. -Fuel storage tanks. -Radar dishes. -SSWS tanks. -A for-now-classified surprise Please post feedback, ideas and comments!!!
