  1. I did almost the same, but I downloaded some cool looking storage module mods(ck mod, thss mod) and made them the spareparts warehouse and cargo, and gave them realistic weight like you did. Now it's so fun to play with

In reality, Math is applicable universally, You don't need units, you certainly don't need notations, and you don't even need "numbers" so to say. what you're trying to say has a point, that math isn't universal is just wrong. Math is universal, even if that the counting system might be different in other species it doesn't mean the math is very much different. if you punch them three times, they will experience being punched the same number of times. If you punch them the same number of times again, they will experience the same number of punches, no more and no less If you show them three objects and tell them to physically touch them all, If they understand it correctly they will touch only three objects, regardless of how many "units" they perceive three that is. If you kill 10 aliens, 10 aliens will die. If they send 5 aliens to our planet, with no intention of combining/dying/mutating/replication in weird way. they still will arrive with 5 aliens. Here's an example. We count 0,1,2,3,5,6,7,8,9, then a new add number to the left, which is then next unused digit of the rightmost number pattern, then the rightmost will start at zero again, up to nine. Lets say they count very different, WAY different. They have two fingers, let's assume they count only two variables. They start with the unit called "A", then "B". then after it the third number they call it A-B because they only have two fingers to represent such values. they divided A-B the basic unit with the sub-units A, B and A-B (0.334,0.667, 1) the second unit can be then called C, then D, then C-D. then E, F. E-F. It is very, very different, very alien indeed. Humans may feel comfortable with numbers ending in 0 values like 1000, 2000, 43000, always counting near that value, but you'd be surprised they are comfortable with A-B, C-D, E-F, G-H. which is 3,6,9,12 in our representations. However this doesn't change the fact that math is universal. You kick them 16 times. they represent it as "G-HC" which is 12 + 4, "That human kicked me G-HC times!" we say its sixteen they say its G-HC, regardless it has the same value. They contact to you through beeps. one for each of their basic unit in increasing form. they used A-B, then C-D E-F, then G-H I-J K-L. for them, it represented 3, then 3,6 then 3,6,9. but since one unit for them is 3 already. they only beep once every unit. So we interpret the beep as 1 beep, then 2 beeps, then 3 beeps. ofcourse we recognize the pattern. so we send 4,5,6 beeps. if we send 4,2,8,3 beeps, then there's no pattern at all, so it is wrong and it is not considered "math" They will then receive it as 12,15,18. There is a difference in number, but regardless we can show that we understand them, by understanding the pattern. and therefore it is proven that math is universal.

Thanks, It would probably be a release for the .20 version though, As of right now I haven't played the mod yet because I already have a save with lots of missions around and lots of mods to edit out every crew supporting parts, but I might be able to force myself to install this mod and start a new game once .20 comes out and the update to this mod, I really want to play it badly. looking forward to the new upcoming features you mentioned. Also, If someone here is kind enough who knows how to do batch files, could you do us a favor please? make a .Bat file that checks for every line in every part.cfg in the parts folder that indicates when it supports crew inside "e.g. Crew Capacity >= 1" and then automatically adds life support codes in those that are found? That would be handy for many of us

I want to install IonCross's Life Support System plugin. but I have installed additional parts mod that adds many crew containers/command modules, How do I use this tool to automatically add the lifesupport code to all parts that supports a crew inside?? would it be possible to just detect all parts that can support a crew like finding a code "CrewCapacity <= 1" and then add lifesupport? I tried this manually the other day but I just gave up due to the intense amount of editing needed and its hard to pinpoint where the parts are exactly

  10. Is it possible to automatically include life support on all crew carrying parts? For example I have installed lots of mods parts for it, so it can work on everypart, not just stock ones, without manually editing every part.cfg
  11. It works for me when I type it in, I usually do this to have a pinpoint landing (lets say I want to land beside my Colony Modules already on the ground)
  12. sigh, not just KETHANE, It just uses the same thing resource transfer feature, engines and converters function very similarly so there's little difference, there's a random bug going on around RESOURCE flow on docked vessels, sometimes they can flow or sometimes they can't, in this the OP's case it did not work, in your video, it works, doesn't mean OP will work though http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/showthread.php/29872-Open-Fuel-Flow-and-Crossfeeds-how-do-they-work-when-docked-as-one-ship

I roleplay myself as having my own private corporation space program here on earth, developing my own tech,rockets, etc, I pretend that kerbals are humans, and kerbin is earth, duna is mars, etc. In my universe I just pretend that the US economy crashed and reduced significant budgets on its space program, and China and others are experiencing problems, So the space was left with me. I got the first man to the Moon since 1969, Got the first manned flyby of Mars, Discovered "Kethane"(probably helium irl) on Moon and started a mining colony, developed new technologies, etc, etc
  14. It's a known bug, stop trying to prove yourself. KSP has a random bug of not allowing fuel flow through docks, I don't what causes it, but it happens, and It happened to the OP and me. So, even if you show us a video of fuel flow through two docked vessels, it still won't magically allow kethane to flow through the OPs vessels There is no solution for this unless you redo everything or cheat

  16. If you've read the original post, It is said that for non-stock command module parts you add in, you have to add a little bit of code in the cfg file of that for life support to work

  20. Thanks guys, I shall use mechjeb for the coordinates landing perhaps, I thought ISA Mapsat has bugs and is not really designed for 19.1 so I don't use it yet. this is my scan so far, I think its pretty good, also I found a deposit containing 300000L+ of kethane, might keep me busy for a while

I just dl'ed this and im currently scanning the mun, However the thread is lacking infos, such as changelogs, bugs, etc, The question is, are there any serious bug in the current version? also, how do I get more info from the maps, It currently shows the last deposit only, the rest are just green dots on the map. and how do I know which is which on the map? Do I have to use other mods that will show the map coordinates?
