Landing Kerbals on all the Moons of Jool in one mission and returning them safely to Kerbin.

The problem is that the "PluginData" folder has moved inside the "plugins" Folder. So move all the files in the old "PluginData" folder to the new one. That's what fixed this issue for me.

Yep, that's most likely it. I have seen this happen myself with the Mun Archs. If your ship is higher than about 80 km, then the terrain seems to unload, making it transparent.

Hmm, that's odd, I couldn't find it in my output log. Can anyone confirm?

Can you see it every time you orbit above that spot?

Its probably just a random pixel... Last I checked there was no easter egg there.

Mission to Dres Prologue: KSC: “Jeb and Kirgan please report to the Debriefing Room immediately.†Kirgan: “Oh come on! We only got back from the Jool Tour four days ago!†Jeb: “Don’t worry; I’m sure this mission will be worth it, it always has.†*** Kurt (Flight Director): “Alright boys, you’re going to Dres!†Kirgan: “What?†Jeb: “But sir! The last mission to that planet ended in a catastrophic failure!†Kurt: “I assure you, this time you will be much more prepared. After all, your ship will be the Odyssey.†Kirgan: “The Odyssey, but I was told that it was taken apart for scrap metal?†Kurt: “Take apart the ship that visited all five of Jool’s moons, of course not! Your ride will be here shortly.†The engineers then proceeded to hastily roll out a standard Centauri V Reusable Rocket to the Launch Complex, its payload is a simple crew transport vehicle, with a Rover & Skycrane designed for Dres strapped on top. Kirgan: “Really, this thing again? Can’t you guys get a real Bus?†Jeb: “And what kind of Bus needs a nav ball and an altimeter?†“Bus†Driver: “Umm, well maybe I’ll tell you on the way to the Launch Pad, okay?†Rather uneventfully, the two Kerbals climbed up the cheaply built Mobile Launch Tower and boarded the rocket that will take them to the Odyssey. KSC: “Alright everyone, clear the Launch Complex! Launching in T-30…†Bob: “All systems are a go…†Jeb: “Well, I guess we're off.†Bill: “Good luck guys!†*** Once rendezvoused, Jeb immediately went straight for the first Clamp-o-tron Jr. he could find and forcibly slammed the Dres rover into it. The plan is to find a decent Kethane deposit and refuel the Odyssey so that they can reach Dres. KSC: “Alright, stable orbit around Minmus confirmed†Kirgan: “Hmm, we only seem to have 700 m/s of Delta V left. Can we land?†KSC: “We have already begun running simulations to find that out Kirgan, in the meantime you guys can find a decent place to mine. To be Continued…

I think it's rather interesting since it's so small that you can't even tell if the terrain you're landing on is flat or not. Though, I hate how Kerbals can't walk on it without leaping into the sky.

Jool does have a "surface", but it's extremely glitchy and usually tears your ship apart.

The black thing is called a Monolith. And yes, anything that you find that has absolutely no explanation of being there is probably an anomaly.

I landed on Kerbals on Tylo for the first time and returned them to orbit.
