  1. I think I should be relatively safe to quote HarvesteR here:
  2. Don't count on it. I am working in the software business, too, and I've seen this happening here. Sounds fine by me, but the popup could get quite big. I would be unsure about what features to lock, so I just didn't lock any. Also, being in the experimentals team helps to figure out what broke
  3. Open the download page, then press F5 to refresh your browser.
  4. I'd recommend installing a fresh copy of KSP, then unzip the Toolbar Plugin archive, and copy the GameData\000_Toolbar\ folder from the archive into your GameData\ folder. Then start KSP and see if it bails out at the main menu. If not, you can proceed installing other plugins.
  5. Lesson learned today: DO NOT check for Versioning.BuildID - it WILL bite you.
  6. I wrote everything in there except for PreciseNode, which I'm now the maintainer of.
  7. I've reuploaded the latest version. Please redownload and reinstall it if there's a popup telling you the Toolbar Plugin version is incompatible with KSP 0.23.5.
  8. Great, I didn't know that, and certainly didn't expect that. Thank you, Squad. That is correct, as long as you're not using PreciseNode's "Open maneuver node gizmo" feature, which doesn't work using the older version.
  9. Mine says "v0.23.5.464", with the following in buildID.txt: build id = 464 2014-04-01_17-03-49 Branch: master I've downloaded that about two or three hours ago from the store. Both the Toolbar Plugin and PreciseNode have been built and tested against that build.
  10. What exact version of KSP are you two running? (See the lower-right corner in the main menu.)
  11. I've released updates of the Toolbar Plugin, the Achievements Plugin, and PreciseNode.
  12. Precise Node 0.10 is now available for download. Edit: Linux users who are getting a popup at the main menu stating that this version is incompatible with KSP 0.23.5 will want to redownload again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  13. Achievements Plugin 1.6.0 is now available for download. Edit: Linux users who are getting a popup at the main menu stating that this version is incompatible with KSP 0.23.5 will want to redownload again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  14. On-rails vessels shouldn't consume any CPU time at all, because their position can be calculated for any point in time. They would only consume CPU time if they needed to be drawn, for example in the map.
  15. If you could add the configuration necessary for ModuleManager users, that would be nice. Saves the re-editing when new KSP versions come out.
  16. A heads-up regarding the next version that I plan to release tonight: I will be deactivating the part that lets you save maneuver nodes, since it is obsolete now with KSP 0.23.5. The part will disappear from the VAB/SPH, but I will leave it in the plugin so that your vessels should continue to work. You just can't add it to new vessels any longer. Also, parts on existing vessels will no longer have any purpose other than look pretty.
  17. Asteroids will spawn all the time. As long as you don't track them, they will despawn after a while (you're losing the signal.) Once you track them, they don't. So in essence there is an infinite number of asteroids in the game.
  18. They are set into a random orbit when they are spawned. They do not "stand still" in space.
  19. PreciseNode has a problem when opening the maneuver node gizmo (default key: O).
  20. Where's the problem in that? It's not like NASA has all the space for their own.
