  3. KSP-Casher is not responding. I am not sure what happened to the mod author, but it's a mod in need of adoption I think. With it being MIT, should be easy. I just don't know coding enough to do it. Essentially what is needed is a simple mod that allows players to: 1. Convert funds to science. 2. Convert science to funds. 3. Provide players the option to change conversion values. Default 10k per science point. 4. Provide players the option to add in conversion fees. Default 0 funds per conversion. 5. Provide players the option of getting paid funds per reputation, per day. Default 100 funds per positive reputation point. Unlike KSP-Casher's approach to require funds for science, just keep it simple and only provide a mod or modlet with the 5 above features. That's it. Any mod author want to take a crack at it, who can also keep it supported? Calling @magico13 or any other mod author. UPDATE: @SpaceTiger has graciously developed two mods that meet the exact requirements above: KerboKatz KerbalScienceExchange - allows you to convert funds and science between each other with an optional conversion fee and rate. KerboKatz DailyFunds - pays out 100 funds per day per positive science point with an optional config to also penalize for negative science points. Thanks SpaceTiger!

  5. whew. i finally linked all mods in the OP. also added Persistent Rotation, and Added JetSounds Mouse Aim Flight (think Warthunder controls for your airplanes!) tested great!

  9. Yes! I'm currently working on a playthrough of KSP using my GAP contract pack. I intend to finish development of cargo contracts and release GAP 1.3. Part of that playthrough includes testing the STS contract I developed, which will force me to redesign STS-7E into something more amazing. After the playthrough, whether I do the STS contract or not, I have no further projects on my plate and I really want to update the STS to 8 based on a number of novel ideas I've seen others use in shuttles. The reason it's been so low on the development pole is because shuttles are so easy nowadays and just about anyone can make one, so there's really no longer a challenge as it was when I first released STS-1. Funny thing is, STS-7 and STS-7E still fly very well in KSP 1.1.3 that there hasn't been a pressing need to update it. Heh. It's a tribute to its underlying design principles I guess, being able to last through so many updates of KSP. link?

  12. Start removing mods, then reload contracts using Alt+F10 and forcing contract generation. Else start with a fresh KSP install, and GAP + Contract Configurator.
  13. oh man the stock tech tree is killing me. 300 science to get mk3 planes and more lucrative passenger contracts. On my next playthrough I will defiantely try out an alternative tech tree.

  20. are all requirements met? u must have air intake, air breathing engine (liquid fuel powered), and a wing control surface.
  21. Anyone else having issue with kerbalism not recognizing any okto probe spacecraft as a craft?
  22. Recovering a simple stock learjet tends to save it in storage as cockpit facing skywards, so when I spawn it, the airplane spawns cockpit facing the sky, and resting on its tail. Not sure if reported, but certainly I know the feature can be buggy sometimes.

Thank you, with exception to the Buffalo, those part mods are not as stock-alike as I'd prefer in order for me to recommend them in the OP, but certainly thanks for sharing about them in this thread! I also play lightly with part mods, only grabbing what I need absolutely when I have nothing else that can serve the function. But by all means recommend them!
