So what did you name your space program?

DFT - Dragonforge Technologies Low part, low cost and low weight. -
I cheat in video games. What are you going to do? Shame me? Pffff hah!

Baldurs Gate monsters. Then whatever came across my mind. Now, its the Rok'et series with suffix Block X, Mk x or V=X

Here's the skeleton for the second spacestation I am working on. It still feels too small.
-
We will soon find out, I am calling my lawyer tomorrow to see if something can be done about it. This is something which I will not stand for.
-
I spent a little time building a space station. Its too small. Also, Microsoft forced me to update to Windows 10 which meant a whole bunch of shortcuts, keybinds, my keyboard, my sound, my monitor and my friggen headset. Everything refused to work and I could not find many of my files. I had to spend a whole day of my weekend JUST to fix everything and get my setup working again. I friggen hate Windows 10. Its the worst piece of garbage I've ever been FORCED to use. (I DID NOT ACCEPT THE UPDATE! I DID NOT PRESS ANY "OKAY" - "AGREE" buttons) I clicked the little red cross in the upper right corner and STILL it updated my OS, I friggen hate Microsoft.

Disable steering while landing. Stiffen the springs to reduce bounce. Land at a lower velocity. Use drogue chutes. Ditch landing with wheels altogether and land by chutes. I for one seem not to have encountered the issues.

The logistics of this mission boggle my mind

Is it true that most KSP players never go interplanetary?

Kerbin, Minmus and the Mun. That's all the places I've been. -

1095 hours so far. Not sure why you are upset about 40 bucks.
-
I'd rather wait another 2 weeks. I want quality over quantity.
-
I said I would return and here I am again. With dreams of being the king. (4336 tons and 475 parts)
-
I would leave to fly these

Radiation shielding. Lead. Rocket. Plane. No. -
Zealous part limitations. Over-zealous cost-restriction. Morbid fascination with weight reduction.

(Above picture is the mothership, without payload, fully fueled) I built my new budget-mothership in a 320km orbit around Kerbin. - Payload(tons) Delta V(rounded) 36t (1 orange) 4836 18t (½ orange) 5801 09t (1/4 orange) 6495 00t (no payload) 7103 With a full compliment of fuel, payload and kerbals we are looking at a cost of 142985 dollars spacecoins, a grand weight of 156,9 tons (with payload) and a rather mild, 76 parts. This is obviously a mothership built on a budget, I had to make some compromises between part count, total cost and weight. Some parts could be eliminated if the payload could be determined beforehand and then incorporated into the design but this model is diverse and should allow a good selection of payloads, restricted only by the 2.5m part limit. Above picture is the baseplate of the mothership, weighting in at 80.9 tons, 64 parts and a cost of 118325$ / 11413$ (Fueld/unfueled).

Another upgrade to my probe VTOL. This version is so heavy it can only just barely take off from the runway and its forward flight needs a lot of reworking.
-
I upgraded my old VTOL probe to a twin-engine design, increased the width and length of the landing area and its flight duration was increased. Its still a little sluggish during VTOL mode but it gets the job done.
-
I was goofing off with my new VTOL probe. My target was the roof on the VAB and I did manage to "hit" the roof. Hey! I crashed landed on the roof in one piece! Success! (Yes, I did indeed, for all amazing mcguffin and foul sorcery build a VTOL that work, amazing I know!)
-
Yes, I speak out of term. You "could" dock them on land but it is far easier to do it in space. How you do it, no idea.
-
You would have to dock them in space as far as I know, which requires a lot of precision on your part. Its possible, just very annoying and finicky.

Emerald Sun - Theatre of Pain. Seems like the logical choice for 80% of my launches. -
1000t into LKO - 105 parts. Work in progress... ...zzzz
