I like this theory!! It does make sense in the scheme of things too. If you want to search up another equally scientific thought, look up chlorine gas in comparison to Ozone and compare it to Laythe...

If found this to be the case too with most parts when I set up WindowShine. It appears as though the only parts that have separate models/meshes for the windows are the mk1 and mk1-2 pods.

Hm... so your saying that it has to be something set up specifically with the model? I couldn't just create new textures and config for stock parts and call it good? If this doesn't involve remodeling the stock parts I would love to try this.

You could manually change the hue of the textures if you want. It's quite easy with paint.net. -

Ahh... I have heard of that issue actually! It occurred to a few people a while ago and it was related to TR and how it handled the reflection shader. I haven't been able to replicate it though. Great to hear it's working now!

I haven't had any VAB related issues so far... could you elaborate on the problem? I hope I can find a fix. TR is linked to his main page and isn't included in WindowShine's download. If there's been an update with TR you'll need to download it via his main page (Also via the link in OP).

Heh... Hehehehe... Wow. The atrocities that occur in the backwash of the internet... I've had a number of my videos appear on 3rd party sites but luckily none of my mods. It's sad that this type of thing happens. How many adds are on the third party site?

You guys can check out the mod WindowShine in my config if you like reflective windows for stock parts. I'm pretty pleased with how that one turned out -

Three of the miniature landing gear. Built the same way as the spinning jet engines people have been making. I can't find the original thread though. -
