I'm not talking about strength in talking about heat resistance it surprised the hell ou of me when I heard that it was made of aluminum got a test on energy in physical science. So what do u think of my shuttle les idea -

you know what would be cool have a docking nosecone and attach an Les to it and make it where it would cutoff at the cargo bay then bail or eject -

well the Soyuz still could have rendezvous with the shuttle and the crew could Eva over. Also buran used Liquid fuel for solid rocket boosters and that could have saved challenger cause u can cutoff fuel. -

I brought the carbon - carbon tiles up because they can stand the 3000 degree heat and they make specialized suits for ejection at mach 2.7 that is what astronauts pressurize their suits on reentry cause the pressure inside is what matters the outside pressure is canceled out. And secret space escapes comes on every Tuesday night on science channel. EST. Oh yeah galvanized steel is light weight. here is a link for secret space escapes http://www.sciencechannel.com/tv-shows/secret-space-escapes/ -

the soviets made buran ad it could carry more than the shuttle. So what about steel and why did nasa not have procedures in place for a situation like this they removed ejector seats and that is the main reason I didn't like the shuttle one tile comes off your SOL. Unless you have a Soyuz with a docking adapter -

it still doesn't matter about mass it could b made of light weight steel or titanium or on big carbon - carbon tiles -

The space shuttle is made of aluminum I don't see why it is not made of steel or titanium like on STS-27 I think is the mission the only reason it survived is because where the tile was under it was a piece of steel that was melted completely and it started on the aluminum I don't see why it doesn't have a stronger metal that aluminum. This was on secrets space escapes so you should check it out if you have time. And at one time the space shuttle had ejection seats before they added more crew -

[Launch Escape System] Rocket Stack Failure Detection
alpha tech replied to CoriW's topic in KSP1 Mods Discussions
this is totally true. plus there is/(or use to be) a cause on the stock Les u might be able to dig into that and also you need something to detect explosions so many meters from your craft and then if yes it will fire your Les because if you do it by staging then it could possibly fire when your perfectly fine. -
as mentioned in the 1.0.5 update the water buoyancy it would be nice to have boat parts also does anyone know where the boat parts mod is and is it updated for 1.0.4

how can you create something from nothing ?
alpha tech replied to alpha tech's topic in Science & Spaceflight
the big bang was an explosion of space, time and matter. but how do you get the explosion? (think before the big bang.) -
how can you create something from nothing ?
alpha tech replied to alpha tech's topic in Science & Spaceflight
yes but before the big bang how could a singularity be created if no space and no time existed? also the laws of physics would have to change for the big bang be cause it created matter, space, and time. -
I have been using Fasa and I want to use the ALSEP packages for career mode and it turns out that I have to have kas and kis and kis has been giving me problems unlike before when I had it and also I would also like to make a request for a mod for a LRV for the lunar module. plus an Aries 1 rocket. and as always please excuse my bad grammar.
