  1. I accidentally posted the Kerbal Salute under my wife's Faceook account. As one who watched Back to the Future many times, I got a kick out of Xacktar's No Roads Needed. It's no surprise Friend Bear won, as it's a good showcase for KSP. Good job!
  2. Kerbal Alarm Clock can also give you a 'closest approach' distance under the rendezvous tab, which I was once able to tweak down to 0.0m. Silly me, I never thought to quicksave it and have fun with the encounter.
  3. That's because this soup is just like Grammar used to make it. Waiter! There's an engineer in my soup!
  4. This. No power means no control. Make sure you have a big battery on there somewhere, and/or an RTG to keep it powered up.
  5. The pop-o-matic game "Trouble"?
  6. And there we have it. Yes, a drain. The Lite Brite director is up!
  7. I tend to revert if only because I found having all that debris lying around tends to slow the framerate. I know I could turn the persistent debris option down, but I enjoy littering other planets.
  8. 1. 'Round and round it goes, 2. where it stops, nobody knows 3. My name is what I do; 4. I'll take all your goo. 5. I'll run until you stop me, 6. But too much hard stuff makes me halty Note that the first couplet says "it", but the rest uses "I." This is not a mistake. I suppose I should have ended with the standard "What am I?" question, but the "it" is the generic something "I" take. It is not important what "it" is. I suppose "it" doesn't always go 'round and 'round. The 3rd line is key, the noun of what "I" am is also a verb. The closest answers so far would be a waste/garbage disposal, assuming these guesses referred to the undersink appliance which also goes under the brand name "garburetor." A toilet would also be pretty close. It has nothing to do with KSP or rockets in general, aside from the fact the verb occurs during flight as well as a scrub, but happens all the time in everyday life as well. Hopefully I haven't just given it away.
  9. Still no. I'll parse some of the answers once this riddle has survived 24 hours
  10. Nope. New page: 'Round and round it goes, where it stops, nobody knows My name is what I do; I'll take all your goo. I'll run until you stop me, But too much hard stuff makes me halty Sorry bout the forced rhyme But I'm tired of the grime The last two lines can be disregarded as they don't really add anything, I was just trying to make a rhyme to apologize for the bad rhyme. It can involve grime but cannot be tired since it is an inanimate object.
  11. Hey, ya know, that mostly (but not completely) fits, and not what I had in mind
  12. As soon as I saw those corks, I rofl'd picturing this character sticking a cork in it!
  13. I look forward to "maybe someday." I suggest having a listen to the album, it may inspire you!
  14. Oh sorry, I was meaning a new artwork not related to anything you have done yet. I assume you are familiar with the album cover artwork from the old Pink Floyd album "Dark Side of the Moon" (1973)? In case you're not familiar with this work, which consistently places in the top 100 albums of all time: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Dark_Side_of_the_Moon One of the chorus lines on the album is: "I'll see you on the dark side of the mooooooon!"
  15. First things first: Have you tested the joystick in windows control panel / joystick properties to make sure it functions properly there? If it doesn't behave there, then the problem is not with KSP
  16. Nope, nope, nope, nope, and, um, nope.
  17. Whoops, sorry for being ambiguous. I meant a separate 'Dark Side' artwork.
  18. 'Round and round it goes, where it stops, nobody knows My name is what I do; I'll take all your goo. I'll run until you stop me, But too much hard stuff makes me halty Sorry bout the forced rhyme But I'm tired of the grime
  19. I'm at work now but I'll try to think one up during the day. I know my last few have been too easy
  20. Suddenly it all makes sense: A "Black box" aka flight data recorder, or more precisely to the riddle, a cockpit voice recorder. Although in the latest missing airliner case, neither plane n or black boxes have been found.
  21. Well, it would make sense to have training scenarios in the renamed Kerbonaut Training Complex, no new buildings required. New saves could begin with a pop-up suggestion to visit the KTC for help in learning how to play and master the game. Tutorials should cost nothing to start and have small Fund rewards for successful completion in career mode. Also a good way to earn new Kerbonauts besides rescuing them.
  22. Ah, that's the part I must have forgot: Bang for the buck, always important for Kermanity. Thanks!
