I would say that a number of "necropsots" taht get reported are not necrposts under the context the user has posted, I could be wrong.. I might just get all the goods ones.. We get things like slightly older Mods listed as being necroposted when someone askes dose anyone know how to get around bug in them with a new version.. How ever taht doesn't make up for the people who find a year old thread and post "oh yerh thats awesome".. I might recall doing that once when I was using the search for something back when I fist joined

I would start with running the driver program I linked, checking you have fully updated windows and then follow with a clean download and installation o KSP no mods, if that's still an issue we know its your system somehow, check the link for requesting support on unmodded I posted, If unmodded it runs fine, you need to look at listing your mods and checking they are all upto date for the version you are running, and that none have known conflicts, if thats fine then add them one at a time until you run into issue, then try and conflict match from their, see also the link to Modded installation support.

Never used these, but you should consider posting for help in there specific threads to see if you have missed something or there's an incompatibility. If turning down the graphics on the system makes no difference it's a sign something is extremely overloaded, my KSP runs fine on a 2.8Gig AMD 1055T with a Nvidia GTX460 and 8GB ram. KSP is DX by default, not sure why you would need to force it? With the number of mods you are running, I doubt you are some new player, so I think you have already seen a good return for your money, but if you aren't new, you should know using 9GB on 64x is a bad sign. hence why 64x support was dropped until unity fixes its engine. As above, hundreds of hours for such a small outlay.. Triple A games these days come out with ratings of 9-20 hours game play. You seemed to have missed most of the thread for getting help on a modded installation, the guidelines for requesting support on unmodded (you should consider a clean install it sounds like a system issue or major mod conflict), you may want to start there, along with the good conduct guide and might as well also consider reading the forum rules. Over ehar in Australia we have had for years now neck bands you can buy, they have water absorbing crystals in them, like what you can use in gardens and the like to hold extra water, they swell up and fill with water and slowly release it, keeping you cooler, I used them a lot in Factory work, magic pure magic. Another good trick is to get a water backpack and keep taking little sips from it, your sweeting will keep a lot more if you have a continual but slow intake of water to replace it.

We call getting a ticket being booked, as they write you a ticket out of the tieck book, arresting is just that.

The point of a yellow light ticket is supposed to be used for drivers who speed up to get through before a red light when they see a yellow one, often a police officer has to spend a specific amount of time following a car or such to 'estimate' the speed and book someone for speeding, but yellow light offences happen faster then a officer has available to do that, so instead they issue a ticket for not stopping when it was practical and preferred to do so... So the police officer sees you increase the speed when you would otherwise have had to come to a stop, but can't legally estimate it, they can book you for running a yellow light.

For reducing your velocity for landing are you switching from Orbital velocity to surface after reducing your orbital velocity, by clicking on the nav ball where it says orbit? Once you have reduced your orbital velocity you need to kill the surface relative moment, you wont get that perfect, but you can get it very close.
