With everyone owning plenty of hills, nobody attacks other hills, and the demand for weapons and other supplies goes down. This drives arms factories out of business, causing economic collapse in this militant hill-fighting world, and hill-owners lose their jobs. The economy collapses, driving all the hills into anarchy, and they all fight and destroy each other and their hills, leaving nothing but me and my hill. My hill.
