King of the Hill

Miraculously, a small faction of the new Roman Empire and Gelato shop manages to survive and go into hiding.

They are able to use the former company/empire's money from selling gelato to buy a  tactical short-range ballistic missile with a nuclear warhead from the kerbal space centre despite the numerous regulations (turns out whichever kerbal there in charge really loves ice cream).  The missile is launched, but falls short of its target (they are kerbals after all, what did you expect), but the electromagnetic pulse emitted from the blast still manages to fry the electronics of the barbarians' motorcycles and music players, rendering them useless.

Devoid of their motorcycle driving and music listening, the barbarians are forced to flee as they think of a better thing to do.

The newer Roman Empire and slightly radioactive Gelato shop on a hill (totally safe)
