Boris-Barboris
@gilflo I'm afraid I don't know the exact cause of this. On your install AA main library simply fails to load, and the log, unfortunately, does not reflect the exact reason. C# dlls usually fail to load like this when the environment they expect to be placed in is not correct, for example some libraries are missing, or something. Or that could be some very specific to your machine edge case. I can only suggest to stick with 1.5.6 for now. You could, of course, reinstall the game completely (while backing up the save), or trying to load 1.5.7 only with Squad folder and ModuleManager left. Sorry, maybe you'll be fine with the version i'll push when 1.2 is released.
gilflo
I'll try a simple a install. But with only module manager, will AA icon appear when I launch an aircraft, or do I need the Toolbar menu folder?

gilflo
OK, made clean install, just Squad folder, AA folder and module manager and built a simple craft..., running on MacOS 10.11.6 On launch same results, only AA 1.5.6 will appear https://www.dropbox.com/s/55vin17va42bjv4/KSP - AA1.5.6 simple.pdf?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/wl5fb01z02acepp/KSP - AA1.5.7 simple.pdf?dl=0 I noticed that on the 1.5.7 version the AA version file is not included in the AA Folder, as it is included in the 1.5.6 version, don't know if it's a issue.... The one that does not is build for 1.2 pre and is called ...1.5.8.zip. Try again with AA, downloaded from here please. If that doesn't work, it's better to just surrender. SkyKaptn
There is a null-ref thing going on that I have seen present in a lot of other mods since pre1564. MissingFieldException: Field '.MapView.MapIsEnabled' not found. at AtmosphereAutopilot.AtmosphereAutopilot.Update () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 All has been running smoothly last days, but all of the sudden I got this spammed. Did not quite see when this started happening, but it was from one of the basic AA modules. Will try to reproduce.

No changes should be necessary, you only have to recompile it. 19 hours ago, Valerian said: "MapView.MapIsEnabled" used to be a field and is now a property, so you just need to recompile it. Azimech
I just installed your mod and did a quick scan through the documenation. What happens is this: All my control surfaces on all planes are reset to standard. Is this intended behaviour?
Boris-Barboris
3 minutes ago, Azimech said: Is this intended behaviour? Yes, in stock aero you'll need to reconfigure old crafts\designs after install\uninstall of AA.
Azimech
Okay ... that's something to get used to. Something else ... when I choose deploy the surfaces rotate in opposite direction.

Does it behave the same when you keep only pitch? Nvm, it's a bug, something new. Edited October 13, 2016 by Boris-Barboris
Azimech
Yep, not only that, when I deselect deploy, the surfaces remain in that position and pitch control works permanently in opposite.

Galenmacil
Boris-Barboris? I was wondering if you could, perhaps, integrate or maintain the AFBW mod too since they both benefit from one another? It seems the AFBW thread could use some attention... Just politely asking. Boris-Barboris
I think poking @taniwha for a merge and 1.2 recompile would be more productive. If he doesn't want to maintain the mod, I probably can have a look at it in the next couple of days.
JimRex
Mister Boris-Barboris, I am curious. Would it be possible to make the AtmosphereAutopilot only be available, if you also have access to the standart SAS (pilot,probecore,etc...)? Also thanks alot for the awesome mod and fast update to 1.2.
Boris-Barboris
@JimRex i'll probably strap in some optional code for that for the next version.

Velcro92
Not sure if this is the place to post bugs, but I found one when using AA 1.5.8 in KSP 1.2. When my plane is using canards and is near to the ground or water, after a while the canard seems to invert its pitch. This results in the plane trying to dive into the ground since the autopilot is trying to correct itself with an inverted canard. If for some reason I managed to increase my altitude, the problem eventually goes away.
