I use the "Black Shades" from Pro Props and edit the texture so that the glass is clear.

It's close enough for me.

I'm pretty sure the actual glasses are in the game asset files, but I've never stumbled on them while rooting around.

I found which ones you mean, and downloaded them. But the links to download the actual prop packs aren't working, so I don't know what to do with the glasses folder now that I have it, or how to get them to work. I tried putting them into the KAS and KIS parts folder, but nada.....

I've already got a way to explain them, but I'll save it for the next chapter.

I need to send a huge thank you to @Locob for making the glasses, and to @Cydonian Monk for helping me get them installed properly.

Thank you!!!  :D

Naw, it is a hang-on fashion from the Kerizabethian age... similar to our own Elizabethan age:

HAHAHAHAHHA!!! Now to learn how to photoshop a Kerbal's face over the picture's face and it's going to be incredible.

I think the appropriate plural is "platypae," though my autocorrect disagrees vehemently.

Platypus is of Greek origin, so the appropriate pluralization is Platypodes

OK, let's settle this before we get the attention of the moderators.

For those that might not know what we've been talking about, the Platypus- platypi - platypeople joke, and all the teal platypus references I've thrown in, are a tribute to Phineas and Ferb, and Perry the Platypus. The actual platypeople reference can be seen in this video at about 2:10.

Spoiler

Now, back to our regularly scheduled mayhem... lol.... :D

Shouldn't it be platypi?

It would be if it was a Latin word, like hippopotamus (plural hippopotami).

Stupid ancient people and all their weird language quirks... I can only shudder to think what people 2,500 years from now will think about us... assuming there are still people 2,500 years from now.

Now back to the story!

Yeah.... that's not a coincidence...

Good, good.

Sorry, but Tony Stark is the COOLEST Marvel character.

Either him or DC's Jonah Hex.
