current version lets you add cams, but they do not respond

or am i doing something wrong?!

Current version should work in 1.4.3.

There are a lot of errors.

Note: The MovieTime and NightVision modes are currently not working. This is known, please do not report as a bug

Actually, no, it's not that. HullCamera is not used or needed, I'll remove it. Same with the resource

Are you using the minus (-) or equals sign (=) to switch the camera views?

New release, 0.1.9.3:

Added message to identify current camera when switching
Added two new config options, both defaulting to true:
- DisplayCameraNameWhenSwitching
- DisplayVesselNameWhenSwitching
Added new config option, defaulting to 3 seconds, allowable range is 1-10
- MessageDuration
Commented out all old references to HullCamera and RESOURCE in the parts

Something similar has probably been asked before, but would it be possible to make this mod render to an offscreen buffer whose contents can then be broadcast instead of drawing it onscreen?

No idea. I suppose it might be possible, but I have no idea how.

That's unfortunate. I guess I could write a program to screencapture KSP and read the correct pixels, but that is not a clean solution considering the camera output is still going to take up the game window. I am not above trying to programming this sort of functionality when I get the time, but unfortunately I really don't understand how this mod works considering that the most I have ever contributed to a KSP plugin is around 20 lines of code and that I have no Unity experience

@linuxgurugamer where is the "camera" located on the docking port jr? I have some very minor part clipping at the edges of the port, but the camera is still obstructed in flight.

That's what I figured. I removed the lights and drogues to no avail, then I moved the port itself up a little and the issue went away—the part underneath the port was clipping into the camera.

If you ever find yourself messing around with the docking ports in unity, could you consider moving the camera a little further forward so that it's closer to the docking port face? I'm assuming the camera is just attached to the CoM of the part.

You can adjust it yourself.

In the HullCameraVDS folder, there is a file called: DockingPortCameraPatch.cfg

Find the section which looks like this:

@PART[dockingPort3]
{
	MODULE
	{
	    name = MuMechModuleHullCameraZoom
	    cameraName = NavCam
	    cameraForward = 0, 1, 0
	    cameraUp = 0, 0, -1
	    cameraPosition = 0, 0.0, 0
	    cameraFoVMax = 60

	    cameraMode = 1
	
	}
}

The line you want to adjust is cameraPosition

and, i would suspect that the middle number needs to be adjusted just a bit.
