Oh...oh! I forgot everything about logs. 

I found some weird lines in logs but I don't know anything about what it means.

Hello, you are experiencing what bug?  Is it the missing clouds and water bug as above?

What kind of config file is needed? I've had this installed before and it worked just fine. Not sure why it isn't working this time. I just put the stuff in game data folder as before. Not sure how to debug. I do have Outer Planets, Kopernicus, and Realistic Atmospheres installed if one of those might be interfering.

I'm on 1.8.1.2694 if that helps at all. Windows x64.

I had the same problem. You only need one folder: BoulderCo.

Thank you for the completent on Spectra! :D

I am using Scatterer right now, though not the official release. R-T-B released a patch for 1.9.1 in the meantime until it is officially updated and I've been running that. You can grab it here.

I'm actually using R-T-B's 1.9.1 build, and it works great! I've been experimenting with some other EVE packs, and I found that the sample BoulderCo config works even better for performance.

Hmm I would check that out but I would probably use a less resource intensive mod-pack  like Stock visual enhancements or boulder co. Even though my computer can handle it I just prefer SVE. Spectra is beautiful though :) I love it 100% especially the Laythe clouds.

Y'know, I've actually started using BoulderCo, and my framerate is much better. I've never tried SVE, but maybe i'll check it out.

These aren't even my favorite views, just the ones I wasn't drooling over to the point I forgot to screen shot it..............  this is 2k, running on windows 10 pro, 135 mods, 40-80 fps average during launch, i7-7700k 4.5 ghz boost, msi gaming x gtx1080 8gb, 16 gigs gskill ripjaw V ddr4, corsair 500gb sata ssd.

Is there a setting I can change to change what I'm getting?

in orbit, kerbin, 125000m up, outside view of ship I only "See" the shadows of clouds, except at the edges of my screen, which moves, meaning it's a rendering thing (to me anyhow, may be incorrect) 

It's like a cone/vield of view looking at the ship, if I move around I can tell where it ends, and then one sees the clouds and their shadows, not just the shadow layer.

1.9  EVE,  I'm getting Land Textures on the water...  It's still blue but has a wavy land texture to it, when viewed from altitude and not a watery surface anymore? 

 

Also, the water is creeping up the sides of the shore and mountains...

Hello :) i'm sorry if this has been asked before. But i'm an old returning player and I just installed 1.8.1 with RSS. The mod works great I get clouds I found in game that you have an option to disable city lights. But I also remember when I used to play I could remove the city textures with out breaking the mod and only keep the visual effects and clouds with out city lights or the city themselves. Can any 1 help me? if I recall you had to delete a .ddl file or a folder or something along these lines.
