Is it the missing clouds and water bug as above? Not sure why it isn't working this time. I just put the stuff in game data folder as before. Not sure how to debug. I do have Outer Planets, Kopernicus, and Realistic Atmospheres installed if one of those might be interfering. I'm on 1.8.1.2694 if that helps at all. Windows x64. 4x4cheesecake Posted March 30, 2020 Share Posted March 30, 2020 @r3_141592654 For OPM I would suggest SVE: or OPM_VO: both are not updated to 1.8x though so the best bet would be SVE but you will probably encounter some issus with scatterer as mentioned here. I am using Scatterer right now, though not the official release. R-T-B released a patch for 1.9.1 in the meantime until it is officially updated and I've been running that. You can grab it here. I've been experimenting with some other EVE packs, and I found that the sample BoulderCo config works even better for performance. Spoiler Would be cool if spectra had city lights tbh. Hmm I would check that out but I would probably use a less resource intensive mod-pack like Stock visual enhancements or boulder co. Even though my computer can handle it I just prefer SVE. RW-1 Posted April 11, 2020 Share Posted April 11, 2020 Is there a setting I can change to change what I'm getting? in orbit, kerbin, 125000m up, outside view of ship I only "See" the shadows of clouds, except at the edges of my screen, which moves, meaning it's a rendering thing (to me anyhow, may be incorrect) It's like a cone/vield of view looking at the ship, if I move around I can tell where it ends, and then one sees the clouds and their shadows, not just the shadow layer. It's still blue but has a wavy land texture to it, when viewed from altitude and not a watery surface anymore? Also, the water is creeping up the sides of the shore and mountains... The mod works great I get clouds I found in game that you have an option to disable city lights. But I also remember when I used to play I could remove the city textures with out breaking the mod and only keep the visual effects and clouds with out city lights or the city themselves.
