1.3.1 Too many mods

Before I report this as a bug ( and a very significant bug), has anyone ever come across this?  I have lots of mods which use the stock settings screen, to the point that they are apparently overflowing the maximum number of settings pages possible.  Also, I can't exit this, I have to kill the game from the task manager:

I haven't personally seen it as most of my mods are part mods, but it did look familiar.

Hmm, I think I'll quietly take support for that screen off of my long-term TODO lists...

Hilarious that the buttons' frame has a scrollbar, but it doesn't do anything. "You had one job."

It's very annoying.  That screen makes it much easier to code settings windows

While I've not personally encountered it, I've seen it on here a few times.
