Ship gets deleted when I leave it

So I been building a ship in orbit for a Duna mission. No matter what I do, the ship gets deleted when I leave it. I was running mods but I deleted them all and it still happened. Heres the output log https://www.dropbox.com/s/zht4jeg9x0vvg9a/output_log.txt?dl=0

At 2,500, i'm not even close to that limit yet

I peeked at your log and it seems very sparse. All it shows is the loading to the main menu.

Could you post the ksp.log?

There's a small chance that the vessel type in the bar at the top of the screen isn't selected, meaning the vessel is there, but it's not visible. Try toggling it.

I think everyone here has done the same thing.  I just did it a few days ago - despite knowing that should be the first thing to check, because I've done it before
