And I could not be more excited about what I just saw on YouTube...

Since the 2014 disappointment I'm suspicious against the WB trailers. Even Shin Godzilla, whose different trailers were excellent, didn't satisfied me. The hybridization of classic Toho costumes with numerical effects was not really nice to look at... without counting its docufiction style.

I hope this new one will be more surprising. We are now 15 years away without a real return of our favorite radioactive lizard, and still, Final Wars was far from being excellent.

Also, about this trailer... go King Ghidorah!

I loved the 2014 one... I love all of them, including Final Wars. But I grew up on all the on ones... My personal favorite is Destroy All Monsters.

The thing is, I know most are campy and silly, and just a guy in a rubber suit stomping around a model Tokyo... And I'm good with that. So the new ones are just different incarnations... and I'm good with that as well. I love silly and stupid and campy... 

Good or bad, I'll probably love it.

Not wholly about the topic, but I was in Orlando yesterday (just taking some shots at the Executive airport) and I saw it...

I don't know why, but with its tail it reminded me the 98' movie scene with the guys fishing on the pontoon in the dark.
