Somethings won't work

Hi there,

I am not sure if this is the right place for my question. Please be so kind to answer anyways. Since the last KSP update I found some things won't work the usuall way. First off I am using ThunderAerospace TacLife Support and KIS / KAS mods. My female Kerbonauts run out of Food, Oxygen and Water as soon as they leave a vehicle and they also cannot equip Glasses or helmets from KIS and other modules. Maybe the location where these parts usually clip was changed? Did someone experience similiar problems?

Did you update the mods when your KSP updated?  KIS doesn't seem to have a 1.5 version yet, so that's probably causing that issue.

If your TAC is updated to the correct version, remove your outdated mods and try again.  If it's still doing it, head over to the TAC forum and post your issue with some logs.

 

If you're on Steam, I recommended disabling auto-updates on KSP when you're running mods.  Steam won't update the mods for you.

Thank you both for your answers :-) actually shortly after I posted my question I could update both mods. Unfortunatelly it did not help, to be honest even the male Kerbals can't wear EyeProtection or the CCA ( Communication Carrier Assembly - look at the picture of my profile, plz) anymore. Does someone know where the parts could be clipped now? I remember some months ago, squad changed the location.

Though it's worth noting that if you have a question about a particular mod, the best place to ask is usually in the mod's own release thread,  since that's where all its exper users (and author!) tend to hang out.

It's not the fact that you have or have not updated the mods, but the fact that the author of the mod has not updated the mod itself yet.   You just have to wait.

TAC was updated 2 days ago and KIS 19 hours ago it says on CurseForge. Hopefully it works.

There’s a problem with female Kerbals on EVA with TAC LS if you don’t have Making History DLC . I’ll look at it in the next few days.
