Actually, I'm ok with that. If you look at how gravity braking works (see the OP), you'll end up warping around the planet several times until you circularize your orbit. You can end up in a random location from where you start.

About gravity braking...

I'm a little confused as to how it works. Specifically, I don't know where relative to prograde I should be pointed towards when doing the slow warp. Also how long does the process usually take?

i just use the autocircularize tool in the PAW if you have that active.

Gravity braking is where you warp so that you're headed away from the planet, but gravity pulls you towards it, thus slowing you down.

what the hell does the contragravity generator do? I seem to never be able to activate it in any situation.

That's currently in development. The idea is that it will negate about 95% of the planet's gravity, making it easier to get into orbit using other means like conventional rockets.

@FATHER208 Sounds like something I need to investigate.

I Also have a request for a new part if possible. A Retractable Ring kinda like 4 sligthly smaller parts retracting into 2 sligthly larger main parts on the sides

Would it be possible to add tweakscale compatibility?

It's possible. Just unlikely.

It's not worth the engineering complexity to attempt that when this mod has a standard of its warp rings being rather thick.

Hey there, new to using mods on ksp but I've installed this mod and for the most part it works but the warp effect (the special effects?) doesn't seem to show? The warp aspect seems to work since it got my ship to Eelo in less than a minute but the special effects are just not showing. Thanks for any help!
