Techo's (Stock) Planet Revamp V0.10

Hi, sorry for taking a long time to get back, I didn't have much a chance to test until now.

Anyway, I'm happy to say the ground seems pretty visible as far as I can tell. The new planet textures looks very nice by the way, and you changed Kerbin's topography far more than I was expecting.
There is an issue though: if you zoom into Kerbol in the map view, it turns into what I can only describe as an extreme disco ball.

The way that TSPR improves the planets goes like this:

  1. Identify planet
  2. Delete it from existence
  3. Replace it with a better looking copycat
  4. ???
  5. Profit.

This means that Minmus is identified by TSPR and is deleted after MKR loads its patches, with the TSPR clone keeping Minmus' original orbit. Your best bet is to:

  • A; Copy+Paste MKR's Minmus orbit data into TSPR Minmus' file, OR
  • B; Use Hyperedit to manually drag Minmus back to where it should be.

Hope this helps!

Sadly, this isn't working at all.

KSP 1.12.5 (no expansions installed)

Following installed via CKAN (version to the right):

  • Kopernicus,                                                                                          release-1.12.1-220
  • Kopernicus Expansion Continued-er                                    Beta9.1
  • Kopernicus Expansion Continued-er Stock Configs   Beta9.1
  • Harmony 2                                                                                            2.2.1.0, installed as a needed dependency
  • Module Manager                                                                              4.2.3, installed as a needed dependency
  • ModularFlightIntegrator                                                             1.2.10.0, installed as a needed dependency
  • VertexMitchellNetravaliHeightMap                                     0.3   (this is the Niako's Kopernicus Utilities)

I downloadied from SpaceDock, which is version 2.0

This version  gave the Kopernicus error:

[LOG 09:59:00]: [Kopernicus]: Configuration.Loader: Failed to load Body: Eve: Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: type

Then downloaded the zip from github

Copied the entire directory:  Technos-stock-Planet-Revamp-main\TPR into the GameData.  This caused Kopernicus to fail to load with a similar error:

[LOG 10:02:08]: [Kopernicus]: Configuration.Loader: Failed to load Body: Squad/Eve: Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: type

Hasn't worked for a while unfortunately, I also don't think it's being developed anymore which is a shame because it's probably the best reimagining of the stock planets I've seen.

There are very recent update on github, I can only assume it's still under development

I just checked CKAN, it now has the 9.1.1 update, I installed it and tested, that seemed to fix it

Thanks.  I'd suggest that in the OP you mention the specific version of Kopernicus that's needed, also, have you considered putting this into CKAN?

I did a quick 2 minute flight, looks very, very nice
