SRBs Keep Playing the Engine Firing Sound After Loading A Quicksave

Paperzlel

Bug Report

Reported Version: v0.1.5 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes
OS: Windows 10 | CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G | GPU: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1660 | RAM16GB

This one probably wouldn't be noticed as much since often the boosters are lost in the first stage, and the firing only happens after the launch sequence has been activated.
Replication:
1. Launch a rocket with an SRB attached.
2. Wait for it to run out of fuel, then quicksave
3. Load the save and the engine will sound like it's still firing despite being empty

I discovered this issue on an orbital class spacecraft but simplified it to just an issue with the sepratron engine.

Steps to replicate:

  1. Add sepratron to a probe core
  2. Move launch clamp to top of staging order
  3. Launch
  4. Fire the engine on the pad
  5. Exit game to menu being sure to save on exit
  6. Load the game you just saved
  7. A sound continues to play but does not seem to be the sepratron exactly
