I launched a rocket and then realized that the entire water was gone. One of the kerbals might have been thirsty or something i don't even

Came back from Minmus and found the ocean gone.

This is the first time I've had this happen but I've seen other people's screenshots showing the same thing.

Reloading the game resolved the issue

Title: (a sentence that summarizes the issue)

Processor: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11400F @ 2.60GHz   2.59 GHz

Severity:  Med

Frequency: Low

Description: When flying my rocket over kerbin, I noticed the water was missing. The LOD of the surface underwater works fine, but the water just doesn't display. Furthermore, the atmosphere lacks any scattering or distance tint. Sunsets do still appear the right color, but only the sky is visible, not distance scatter. This does not appear in map view.

I landed a probe on Eve and went back to the KSC to cash in on the science it collected, and I could see that the oceans had disappeared. Getting in a plane and flying where the water would be would cut the engines due to no air, but the plane would glide fine as if it were flying normally.  I'm not sure what caused them to disappear, but landing the plane and recovering fixed the issue.
