Well, seems that if anyone is using netflix in my house then I get 1/10 the speed I'm supposed to.

I have no idea how much it costs since I don't pay for it, but what I do know is apparently we have a package that includes our Cable TV, Phone, and Internet.

On a side note: WHY MUST MY UPLOAD BE SO LOW?! *cries*
