You didn't read the dev post the login servers are going down around 12 est only the players currently logged in to KSP will get the update this week. they said they didn't want to release the whole update to everyone all at once in case of game breaking bugs

That face is so unnerving!

I think there's quite a big body of expectation about 0.21 dropping today, I guess it would make sense to time a new KSP weekly with some accompanying news (just like a press release!), but I'm not holding my breath, just in case :)

That's what they did last time (and the time before too if I remember correctly). I'm actually getting a small tingly spidey sense it's coming today :)

The updates come out no later than 5pm EST on Tuesdays...I would not expect it before then. It is hard to say what they would have to show us that is not already common knowledge by now though....

I was expecting it to drop after the ksptv marathon this weekend and was disappointed. I am guessing there are a lot of issues that are being hammered out yet, hopefully we get it this month yet.

So the weekly is late? So it's come to this at last. I suggest panic and looting. And gentlemen, someone has to say it; it's time to start cannibalizing the older and sicker forum members. Please forward my messages to my survival bunker, where I will be in constant contact with President Obama.
