Oinker
I've used Blizzy's bar since its first release. It's gotten better and better. My woes are from the stock toolbar; that monstrosity that sucks up interface space I need for Blizzy's. Is there any way to remove it altogether? I just don't want it. I want to have my own skin for each screen to send instructions to the program. These guys are right up there with the Microsoft Office 2010 team at creating appealing and functional skins. BudgetHedgehog
Is there any way to remove it altogether? While you can't remove the stock toolbar entirely, this mod is probably the closest you'll get.

Oinker
Oh... I didn't know this was a thing. For clarity, "I F'in hate that big-a$$ stock toolbar and have removed mods that don't offer Blizzy's as an alternative (like Engineer, which I liked)." The new toolbar is right in the way of what was the greatest custom toolbar ever conceived of for KSP.
Cdr_Zeta
Speakin of which, I am trying to change the graphics so they dont appear up there if the icons are hardcoded; why do I need to see an icon that I hardly ever use or only use once in a great while; it's is unnecessary clutter; having the option to have the blizzy toolbar is perfect and all we need; well all I need as I can customize it; customization is everything and is becoming a norm in gaming.Cmdr Zeta

I don't get rid of the "hard coded ones (sorry), but at least you get the choice.Other mod developers are free to examine my code to see how I did it. They are also free to use and alter the code to fit their needs. It is not very painful, and provides the best of both worlds.Just saying... Gaalidas
Now if only someone came along and created an override for the stock toolbar that would redirect everything into this one. I supposed you'd also need to be able to restrict the icon sizes from their loaded size to the size you use. hmmm... I could be on to something there....... no, I'm not. I have no clue how to do that. Oh well. I was a genius for a moment there, but the moment has passed.

It drives me NUTS that the contracts checkboxes show up UNDER the Alternate Resource Panel. ARP is where I want it to be. Those checkboxes should go somewhere else. smjjames
I think I'll get this since I somehow got hit by a GUI kraken where the toolbar buttons have stopped working for a ship out by Eeloo. I have the blizzy toolbar button version of the icon for TAC fuel balancer (somehow), and that works, so.....I swear that krakens dwell on or near eeloo.Edit: Ships elsewhere have a working toolbar, but for some reason the one at Eeloo doesn't.... smjjames
I was talking about the stock toolbar there with ships at Eeloo and not at Eeloo. But yeah, this toolbar plugin gets around that strange toolbar kraken that seems to dwell out by Eeloo.
Guest
All the mods, that use toolbars should use both toolbars and offer a configurable choice - Stock, Blizzy's or both.
Cyst
I'm afraid I have a problem. =|It seems to me that "TAC Fuel Balancer" mod does not work for some reason because of this one. A little icon it had, a quite important one for it was necessary to initiate it, and seemingly this toolbar does have an option to include that on it, but even if I check the box, for me it just doesn't show up on the toolbar. I've removed it and the fuel balancer's icon came back, I'm a 100% sure it's the problem.Does anyone know anything that could help me fix this problem?Thank you! Honeybadga
My toolbar disappeared from the KSC scene and from the tracking station and no, it's not set to auto-hide. How do I get it back without resetting everything?
Drew Kerman
in your GameData folder you'll have a toolbar-settings.dat file which will have the positions for all your toolbars. Try resetting the x,y for the proper scenes to

barleyman
That happens with manual installation too. There was some extra stuff from older versions, I deleted that and reinstalled but still the same complaint.
Stone Blue
Seems to work OK for me also, in 1.0 (non-CKAN)... KSP WILL, however, throw an version incompatability message during load for the Toolbar... Edited April 28, 2015 by Stone Blue
