Thanks to Snjo's FStextureswitcher2 which is currently, it is now possible for Procedural Fairings. I'm going to have to wait for it to get stable before a release. Basically:

EDIT: What happened to this large upper stage tank?

Also, I seem to remember an alternate texture for the current upper stage tank/service module tank, which was colored blue. I checked this thread through, and found out that there are no picuters of such a tank, so I probably just misremembered. Anyway, how about making a blue upper stage tank? It would be super awesome.

Hey, no rush. You started modding like it was a life style, and got us all used to candy any releases. It's fine to be burned out and take a break. Take as much time as you need.
Take some time to rest and regroup and collect your thoughts and refresh your enthusiasm. It's worth the wait.

Meantime, I'm going to go play with this beautiful and cool rocket you built for me!

Everyone burns out at least temporarily. I feel like I'm coming up on my second KSP burn out. I haven't even played in weeks, just been modding.

Thanks guys, rest assured, Ill be back for this project and my other projects as well. :)

Hai guys, today I got back while I had the time, I was in the mood too so I removed smoke from stuff, added new FX basically, I will release tomorrow untested. I want to at least, and there's no stopping me, I was also waiting for FStextureswitcher2 to be stable enough for release but it wasn't so I'm releasing only one type of fairing for now, the "oversized" fairing. Finished the 2 supposedly new engines and the medium sized tank.

KSLO June 13 (I'm using my Timezone)

Version 2.0

Added mid stage tank - a little bit bigger than the X200-32

Added mid stage engine with 1000 thrust (with alternative fairing texture)

Added fairing base (and procedural fairing base) (Texture switchable)

Added fairing (and procedural fairing) (Texture switchable)

New textures for the upper stage tank and Kerbal X tank

Removed smoke on engines

Changed engine FX and added new ones

This version is:

Untested

Has a newer pre-release version of Firespitter

Report to me if you got issues.

The procedural fairing base doesn't seem to unlock properly in career, changing its part name in the part.cfg to something different from the non procedural version seems to fix it.

Hey blackheart!

first off, great update. i am loving the fairing decoupler stuff, but i found a bug with it:

Apparently the Pfaring payload decoupler mysteriously reverts to the normal decoupler when loaded onto the launchpad:

also i feel that the new middle stage engine is a little too overpowered. i think at around 800-850 thrust is a better number. :)

EDIT: i probed around the part cfg files and found out both are using the same names. renaming the PF version to something else solved the issue.

Fixed now I reuploaded for a quick fix, added the craft files as well.

I think you're referring to the procedural fairings for it?
