Okay okay okay, sorry for  bothering everyone put I'm building like an international Mun base camp? Not connected buildings but a bunch of like smaller buildings with some of the new Breaking Ground Parts. I'm having a lot of trouble finding a way to land more than just two people on the moon without using one of the stock command modules. I REALLY to want use the three-man soyuz module and build something like this. However, every time I try, I never have enough fuel to get the craft back to Kerbin. Any suggestions? Also, does the base camp design of the base sound bad? I wanted to try something different than Planetary Bases. Also Ik about LK-00, but I wanted to use the Soyuz first.

Well, good job Beale is working on a totally new 3-man lander as we speak!

I've got this design working a couple of times, return and all, I will try grab you a craft file :)
IIRC you must double up the fregat, and use the first as a "crasher stage".

Thank you! I appreciate it. I really do appreciate the Lk-700 Design, but I want to the use the command module as an orbiter and later lander. Want to try to challenge myself. Any thoughts on the disconnected lunar base camp idea?

Lunny Poligon is a pretty cool little concept for something like this:

Not exactly for humans, but easy to adapt that way :)
I have done some similar things with KIS (essential), KAS cables, and it is really fun actually. I have tinkered a little further with some USI like mods, but nothing more serious than that.

I think KSP2 will take us more in this direction, and I am looking forward to that!

Here's the flight plan from the company that made that moon base design. It looks like they used multiple transfer stages to boost not only the lander, but also a Soyuz-based mothership into lunar orbit. So the Soyuz lander just has to reach the surface and get back to lunar orbit, not fly the trans-lunar/earth injection

They are not officially released yet, so you would need to use the most up to date WIP from Github (Via the clone button, not releases tab).

Fair warning that the WIP release is fair game for breaking / tweaking / messing with parts until officially released.

One of my favorite things about Tantares is how difficult it is to design and build a Salyut station that doesn't look awesome, particularly with the fancy colors addon.

The Salyut parts are also pretty good as landers and surface structures, as long as you have powerful engines and don't mind hiding a bunch of fuel tanks inside other parts.  (Here you can also see the Soviet flag, which was planted by Valentina Kerman to empirically prove the correctness of socialist thought, and which subsequently laid itself down as part of a mass labor action against the imperialist force of gravitation.)

The legs on that are actually from BDB's Gemini lander pack, since those were the only ones I had around that both looked right and got the hatch close enough to the ground that I didn't need a ladder.  I also used those legs on this smaller lander, a craft which is notable for using literally none of the parts from the actual Soviet lunar lander project:

Of course, the downside to building-block-style construction is that the number of places fuel can be stored can get out of hand very quickly:
