Scott Manley suggested this neato mod and i really like the results of toying around with it, have not really seen many pictures of peoples craft using the mod so i figure may as well start a thread getting people to show off their gear.

That design and name looks very familiar. Looks like you modified it a bit with more boosters, the science package and truss assembly, did you have good results with it? Edit to add: I had a look at your Avalon thread, looks like it worked well. Clever to drop the science package before ascent.

I totally have to figure out Kronal Vessel Viewer, the images in this thread are awesome.

Ah cool! I downloaded so so many Landers to test out and modify for my mission and to see if there were better ones out there than mine. By the time i ended up with 2 of them to use I forgot where I got them from and who to credit for the work. I even stated that in my first thread here http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/93625-Spaceship-Avalon-ready-to-begin-the-Kerbal-Grand-Tour-%28Design%29

I'll definitely add credit to you for the design, and yes it works really really well! But I did find that adding more aerospikes were needed, and the descent stage. Big thanks for that! I'll definitely use it more than once!

No big deal, it was just a bit strange to see the name and think "Great minds think alike" name-wise and then recognize the lander itself. I'm flattered that you liked the design enough to use it on your tour.

In my case, I didn't need the extra drop tanks and engines you added, but I didn't have the docking port in the last stage (seems small, but it's a multiplicative effect) or carry down the extra mass of the science package and the TWR for landing was still very marginal at about 1.1.

Anyway, glad it worked for you, and good luck with the rest of your tour!

This is quite a great plugin Decided to make a comparision of my RSS launch vehicles.

Description is obviously the name of the whole assembly, then is gross mass and (payload mass), and total part count with (payload part count). Also the cost (in KSP 0.24.2) is written just of my curiosity.

They may not look elegant but I have rather poor computer and Square Launcher Technology provides lowest part count - it's about 1 part per 1 ton of payload.

I tried using it, but got really frustrated because of three things:

1) Procedural tanks don't show up for some reason.

2) Pressing "Exploded View" made it freeze.

3) There was no button to minimize.

However, I really like the idea and wish the dev(s) luck. I even got a screenshot of a space station with it, with the panels closed of course (this is another problem, and I don't think there's a fix).
