Ok I have officially overloaded the launchpad... Apparently my lander proto-type test is too much for the pad as it suffers a critical structural failure. Note that in the series of images I have not yet fired the engines nor have i put the legs out yet...

If anything this is an expensive and interesting way to demolish the launchpad.

Test results = Success since it did fly and no Kerbals were killed..
