  1. Or just use what ever it is that gives Nervs a solid fairing and have the SLA act like a big, multinode decoupler.
  2. Not to mention self sufficiency: by not relying on other part mods, Comorant Aeronology doesn't have to worry about finding replacements if one of its dependencies goes under.
  3. @Pak Actually, it looks spot-on! Also, how would I right a config file?
  4. I just wanted to make sure, he doesnt HAVE to do it ( at least right now).
  5. @Pak, dont forget those KS-25 hydrolox configs i suggested.
  6. I heard he was in a car accident. Is he dead, or just injured? Either way, my condolences his family.
  7. @PakExactly. I don't want to have to download SpaceY just to have 5m fairing bases when im already running a bunch of big mods.
  8. @Pak, you're awesome! Just to be clear, are you going to add fairing bases for the ET? Cause I'd really like to not have to install another mod when I'm already running BDB, this, and a few others.
  9. @Pak, I had an epiphany: in this one Boeing/NASA/whoever pdf about shuttle modifications, they discussed adding fustrums and fairings to either the top or base of the ET to carry extra payloads/payloads too bulky for the cargo bay. My suggestion is this: make a copy of the stock fairing base(s) rescaled to 5m, then add nodes and shrouds to the ET nose tank and base/butt tank so the mod has increased flexibility with minimal effort ( compared to making your own fairing base and adding special cylindrical tanks with the same capacities as the nose/butt tanks). If you need any help with that, then just call @NecroBones, considering how much he uses and abuses the stock shroud feature.
  10. Everything performs properley except Atlas, I can never pack enough fuel on that thing to get to orbit in a 3x rescale. Works great in a 2x, though.
  11. I can name one of @CobaltWolf's "secret" projects: Downrange Experimentals (which may or may not have an X-15).
  12. @CobaltWolf, @Spartan-S63, @PickledTripod Yee with little faith... Anywho, to het back on topic: @Pak, how are things going for the shuttle stack? Any work being done on Shuttle II and the LFRB's, or is that on the back burner for now?
  13. @CobaltWolf, would it be ok if we could have the telescope piece sans telescope for use as a service module thingy? It was based on the LEM in real life anyways.
  14. NASA's news feed would beg to differ. Not only are they on schedule, they're under budget.
