Kerbal Space Program Update 1.5 Grand Discussion thread
klgraham1013 replied to UomoCapra's topic in KSP1 Discussion
This is why I've been an advocate for Squad finishing the game. It gives all modders a solid, unchanging foundation to create from.- 388 replies

Colliders are a bit bugged with this update?

This was confirmed to be a feature and most certainly not a bug. -

New Platforms

Some might argue we still don't have those yet. -
Quoted because why in the world are they still there?
-
I agree with this decision.
-
Yeah. Not a dv readout. Just the new burn time indicator. Seen a few jump to conclusions on this one.

Game engine? Wheels? Developer? One of these things is not like the others. -
It's okay. I forgot the stock game a long time ago.

Do you think we should have KSP weeklies still

The Landing Legs & Gears Is Killing Me!

Well. I have a little more hope that it's less of a problem. Still, seeing it bite EJ_SA and watching him work around it gave me pause. His ships and bases are massive. Much more so then yours @Rocket In My Pocket. It may just come down to play style, whether it affects you or not. -
It's not. It's a base game update.
-
I've learned not to expect such things. Though Squad is finally allowing us to launch Kerbals in command seats. So, that's a start.
-
Not sure about the menus or skyboxes or anything else, but titling it "Dressed of Success" makes me think there are many more part updates we haven't seen yet. Otherwise, the title is somewhat misleading.

I'm a firm believer that the player shouldn't have to manual tweak gear just to make sure craft work. Sure, for the rare occasion, but the inclusion of these options has become a defense for what I consider to be poor implementation. These options should be for advanced users, not a necessity just to make a successful lander.
