  1. Not only does docking mode not lock out staging but docking mode no longer even puts your keyboard into docking mode. You need to use the H,N, and so on keys.
  2. One more wish of mine is can you make these verniers work?
  3. The update is incredible! Two things I noticed and ones a suggestion and one I feel definitely needs to be fixed. The first is your fairing adaptors are much better looking than squads. Another benefit could be is that the space can be utilized. It would be really cool if we could attach things inside that trunk area. Nex is something that might have been mentioned. The service bays need tops and bottoms. If you put something in them, they just look they are floating in mid air. Congrats another beautiful revamp.
  4. Like everyone else I am astonished how quickly this mod became important to me. It was the first mod i downloaded with the new update and I was instantly hooked. IDK but either way bravo.
  5. Terminal velocity of the maximum attainable velocity of an object falling through the air. You have a salient point if I had a glider. I have a plane with two jet engines on the back of it. So slowing down in a full throttle dive is not an option or realistic.
  6. It is an issue. If I put a plane into a full throttle dive it should not slow down! That's not a combo of realistic and fun. That's just stupid.
  7. My issue with the aero is that if I put a plane into a full throttle dive the dang thing slows down instead of accelerating! So that really unrealistic.
  8. No No no there is something wildly wrong with the new aerodynamic. I put a plan into a full throttle dive last night and it actually slowed down! No there is something wrong.
  9. The aerodynamics on 1.0 were amazing. Aside from some simple big fixes the game was wonderful. Now the new aerodynamics seems to be the similar to the way they were in .90. So they fixed bugs but basically reverting to the souposohere? Just show you how bad it is, I dove straight down from 5,000 at full throttle. Not only did the plane not accelerate the damned craft started to slow down!! Come on! 1.0 aero was great. The new new aeros certainly is not. Please bring back the old aero.
  10. No they need to fix it one more time. They need to bring back 1.0.
  11. I bet they didn't test 1.02. They might not have been so kind.
  12. I really regret updating to 1.02. The return to essentially the old aerodynamics is upsetting. Besides some bugs I really enjoyed 1.0. Please bring it back!!
  13. I am definitely sad I really liked the new atmosphere. The soupy atmosphere really stinks. I dove straight down full throttle today after the new update and my plane started to slow down. Come on squad!!
  14. As I said I clearly spoke out of turn. I posted with haste and I am not a modder so clearly my inexperience on that matter contributed to this confusing thread so again please can a moderator close this thread.
  15. Well I am humble enough to recognize when I have spoken out of turn and without doing my proper due diligence. Can a moderator please close this thread?
  16. If you have created an essential mod or a ubiquitous mod such as KW,flight engineer, kerbal alarm clock, Nova Punch, ATM, etc. You absolutely have the the right to preferential treatment.
  17. Now I know this has been a complaint for quite a long time within the KSP community and I am not a modder. However as a member of this community for quite sometime this is a problem I have noticed and I feel it needs to be addressed. Wouldn't errors and mistakes such as the ones found in 1.0 be avoided by releasing a test releases to a wide range of the community. KSP is a game that is obviously a game that can be and is heavily modded. Mods are an important part of the appeal to the game and I would say that 9 out 10 players use at least one mod. So releasing an update for any modder who has over say 5,000 downloads, Squad should give them an early release of the game. This is effective in two ways. It allows more people to test the updates before release. Two, and most importantly wouldn't it make sense that the people who make the game better for so many people have early access to the game? So they in turn can have their updates ready to go for the next update. I mean how many people waited for their favorite mods to be updated before they played 1.0. And now that 1.01 and 1.02 updates have been released many mods that were updated are now broken again. This isn't just frustrating for the people who play and consume mods but for the people who make and maintain mods, it must be excruciatingly frustrating. Modders don't get paid they release things out because they want to share with the community. Squad should recognize that yes they have made a wonderful game but if it wasn't for the modders and the mods many people would have stopped playing after their first 10 runs to the Mun and back. So they should show respect to the modders of this community and that would be allowing them early access so that they can update their mods accordingly. Now these updates are supposed to come few and far between now. So I think for the future the popular modders....nay the essential modders should and need early releases of updates so that they can ensure that the game doesn't break their mods, and they have time to update instead of cobbling together fixes themselves. I feel that this would truly benefit Squad and the KSP community.
  18. 100% I feel the same way. I am afraid to download the update because these wont work. Just fyi I am sure you know but there has been yet another update. Its not 1.01 its 1.02 already. So please make sure you update accordingly and don't have your time wasted because of machine gun updates.
  19. I hoepe you read this before you update. But there has been another update today it 1.02 not 1.01. I hope you don't waste your time on a 1.01 update when there is already another update.
  20. I haven't downloaded it yet. Why? Maybe I am wrong but that seems wildly overpowered no?
  21. Just the fact that you have considered that makes me excited. I mean I know you have had other ambitions. However IF you were to consider making a pack with 1950- Early 1960's spaceplanes, and possibly their lifting parents meaning a b-52 and b-29. Those are not necessary however because those planes can be cobbled together with various plane packs. If you did make those planes, it would be an EXTREMELY popular pack. Regardless of that it still would be very popular. Most space infrastructure is represented more or less in this game. One really glaring omission are pre space age infrastructure such as the x-1-x-15. So........long story short just the thought of you considering making something like that makes me really happy.
