Okay, these are the very last Spitfire's I've made, I'll move onto the P-51 or Hurricane methinks. Spitfire I - Bang-on top speed. Spitfire XVIII Spitfire F. 22 - Same performance as F. 21

Some more, with little refinements here and there they're starting to look (and are performing) quite genuine. I can't wait to move onto other plane types though, like Bf 109s or P-51s. Spitfire F XIV Overperforming a little bit (~10mph) Spitfire F 21

Here's something new for you guys if you'd like to play around with it; a new variant of the Kestrel which essentially brings it's performance beyond that of @Van Disaster's lightened F. 1M version. https://kerbalx.com/MDS/Kestrel-F-2-Light-Fighter I feel like this version could have performed much better in the competition had I been bothered to play around with weight.

Oh that is larvely. I was thinking about building the Supermarine 508 (early Scimitar prototype) or the original Avro Vulcan flying wing concept.
