[1.9.x] RCS Build Aid Continued - New Dependencies
linuxgurugamer replied to linuxgurugamer's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
I'm not getting it, and that error can't happen in the current version; it happens when the stock toolbar loads the images, but the ToolbarController is what's loading the image. First, please reinstall it, and then provide a complete log file; as I've said many times, snippits, while sometimes useful, are not the same as a complete file, there is other information in the file which would have helped me identify the issue -

[1.9.x] RCS Build Aid Continued - New Dependencies
linuxgurugamer replied to linuxgurugamer's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
The exceptions are expected since the button should only be shown inside the Editor. Ok, I've been able to replicate it. While I don't have a fix (yet), I did see that once you went into the editor and back out, it wasn't shown on the space center. Another interesting thing is that if you install The Janitor's Closet, the button then behaves properly. Edit: I'm pretty sure this is due to a stock bug in the stock game toolbar. It's an oddity because the RCS Build Aid actually creates the button earlier than it is visible. It's easy to fix, watch for an update to the RCS BuildAid soon -
So, any interest in having an updated release of this? I've sent a message to the @tajampi, if he doesn't respond I'll go ahead and adopt this.

[1.9.x] OSE Workshop Reworked - KIS Addon
linuxgurugamer replied to linuxgurugamer's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
What video? If you had bothered to read the OP of the mod you linked to, you would have seen this: NOTE: New Name, new function. As of 1.0 and the latest Update of EPL, a stock resource adaptation has been added by Taniwha. With that change the need for this mod has passed! All parts have been updated to use EPL's new MetalOre resource -
[1.9.x] OSE Workshop Reworked - KIS Addon
linuxgurugamer replied to linuxgurugamer's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Well, this isn't Supreme Command or Forged Alliance :-) The short answer is no, the long answer is that for that, you probably want EPL since it instantiates vessels of almost arbitrary size on the EPL launch pad -
Thank you.

[1.9.x] RCS Build Aid Continued - New Dependencies

That's very strange, I haven't seen that for a long time. Are you using the latest version of the mod? How about a log file, can you post a link to one? -

New beta, 1.3.0.1 Fixed reset button not clearing toggles Fixed toggle not becoming enabled after entering value manually Fixed issue when MinTimeBetweenAvcRuns > 0, the dropdown list was being shown when it wasn't supposed to Added new field in config file: STRICT_VERSION, if set true, then the Min and Max versions are ignored. https://github.com/linuxgurugamer/KSPAddonVersionChecker/releases/tag/1.3.0.1

This was done on stream with people making suggestions and commenting on what was seen. That's not possible. AVC doesn't look into the mod, it looks at the .version file. And that, in many cases, does not reflect which version the mod was compiled against. Many mods which are compiled for 1.6.1 also work fine when used in 1.5.1 and 1.4.5, and the other way as well. Documentation on this is not complete. But, those toggles are there merely to make it easier for users to use. They don't have to be used. That is coming directly out of the .version file in each mod. No, what I want is that VERSION_MIN and VERSION_MAX have priority over VERSION. If the Min & Max are missing, all that's left is the version. Again, this depends entirely on the mod author.
