  1. Done So I'm so happy for backups. Ran into this problem: Career install, lots of mods installed. Some mods installed were done using the 1.2.1 compatibility mode Now I see that ModuleManager is at 2.6.5, but I have 2.6.4 installed. Refreshed, and what is really strange is that it thinks that the installed version is 2.6.25, and latst version is 2.7.5, but it won't update it. I have the entire install, not sure what is needed to debug this See this image for more info:
  2. New release: 0.1.4 Fixed MM configs for RealPlumes and ScanSat, thanks @BureauJaeger
  3. New release: 1.4.8 Now finds the best kerbal in the seats Good to know, I'll take care of that. But, it's not nice to recommend an editor to a professional programmer. :-) There are reasons I use ViM, it works exactly the same on Windows, Unix, Linux, etc. And the release I just uploaded has those files removed In the case of ViM, those are backup files, not lock files. So when you save a file, it saves the originial with the tilde at the end. ViM uses files beginning with a dot (ie: .lockfile) for it's lock files
  4. I would assume that if it is in the file. It could be displayed Could you open an issue on Github?
  5. Could you first remove it, make sure that the directory has been removed and then try reinstalling it? If that doesn't work, use this for now: https://www.dropbox.com/s/bm9608zi1toi4tl/TakeCommand-1.4.8.zip?dl=0 This is a test build, but has been verified to work in most cases
  6. New release: 0.0.3 Changed initialName to be initialized as "none" rather than an empty string to avoid log spam
  7. There still may be a problem when a part has two seats. I haven't had a chance to test it that way yet. There is at least one part in a mod (SXT, I think) which does that, maybe others
  8. New release: 1.4.7: - Added Akita rover seat from USI Konstruction/MKS, thanks Aelfhe1m - Added code to override UpdateControlSourceState, to report correct state for external seats
  9. Quoting Wikipedia: Thesaurus.com: and here is a link to an article on space.com, talking about the heatshield for the Orion spacecraft: http://www.space.com/22046-nasa-orion-spacecraft-heat-shield.html While in all cases the heat shield is designed to be heated by atmospheric friction, heat is heat, and if it gets heated other ways, it will cook off. Now, in KSP, it's quite possible that too much heat is being generated.
  10. It's Not friction. Ablator vaporizer with the heat generated by friction. So it doesn't matter as long as there is heat
  11. How about different textures, like Octosat has? Silly me, I didn't read the dev thread
  12. So get the correct one. I don't rebuild and re-release just because MM is updated. Send me a link for the version you are testing, I'll take a look
  13. I've adopted this mod, new thread here: Please move all discussion to the new thread. As always, if @jfjohnny5 comes back, I will happily pass it back to him
  14. This is a continuation of the excellent K2 Command pod, made by @jfjohnny5, updated for 1.2.2. The original thread is here: http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/index.php?/topic/94581-* K2 Command Pod version 1.4 This mod adds a single part, the K2 Command Pod. This pod supports 2 Kerbals (but only requires 1 - making it handy for rescue missions). This allows you to send pilots and engineers/scientists on missions together, prior to unlocking the Mk 1-2 pod. The K2 pod unlocks with the Flight Control tech. It is balanced to encourage a good base of initial single-Kerbal missions before stepping up to two-Kerbal missions, where you can start training your engineers and scientists to prep for larger missions in the future. Features Support for 2 Kerbals (min. 1) Fully functional IVA Stock-alike style inspired by the Gemini capsule 1.25m size with a top 0.625m node Balanced to fit between the stock 1- and 3-Kerbal pods Module Manager configs (included) support TAC Life Support and Connected Living Spaces right out of the box Download SpaceDock: http://spacedock.info/mod/1163/K2 Command Pod Continued Source:https://github.com/linuxgurugamer/K2_Command_Pod License: CC-BY-NC-SA-4.0 https://www.patreon.com/linuxgurugamer
  15. It did for me, which is why I suggested it.
  16. New release: 1.6.2 Made countdown work in staging Fixed display of countdown on screen
  17. Did you add the line that I did? @steedcrugeon didn't add it to the castellated version, only the ungendered version You need to add the following line: referenceAttachNode = top to the ModuleDockingNode section
  18. Try this one: https://github.com/linuxgurugamer/NodeHelper/releases/tag/1.2.2c
  19. Found the problem, was a syntax error in the original file. New beta: https://github.com/linuxgurugamer/KWRocketryRedux/releases/tag/3.1.0.2-Beta
  20. New release 2.3.1 Changed settings file to live in PluginData as a true .cfg file Fixed "enabled" setting in cfg file to be in a node Updated link in Readme.md file Please note that old settings are NOT preserved, you will need to reenter any custom changes
  21. Be a little patient, CKAN isn't not instantaneous. Adding a new mod to CKAN needs manual intervention to avoid mistakes. For now, install it by hand Thanks, will fix and update soon
