  1. This was supposed to be a glorified falcon 9 ~ish rocket. Ended up SSTOing 50 tonnes to 80x80 orbit and landing with 100dv left Has 7 vectors, uses 3 to land Oddly, the only way to re-enter without overheating is to deploy landing legs and induce a flat spin. KSP: losing control to enhance your safety

About only a 1 in 4 chance that all 3 rounds fire successfully Alternatively, you could put throttle limit to 100% on the engines, and cut the engines when the previous cartridge blows up, to wait for it to settle (it's complicated I might make a video later) Anyone is welcome to try improve it.
  7. The JASSM seems to cause a lot of lag. Large frame rate drop in the SPH. When loading onto the runway, it goes down to about 0.5-1 fps.
  8. Well, I suppose you could place a patriot launcher vertically and turn the pitch and yaw to 0, that'd be like 4 quad-packed launchers stuck together

  11. Well, with low part count things, there's not really much choice to make things a bit different, naturally it'll look quite similar.
  12. Basically this. Looks more like a dassault mirage without the canards. At least put canards on, It'll make taking off much easier. However, the rafale is pretty difficult to replicate seeing as the shapes and curves just completely go against KSP parts. I tried it some time ago and came up with this:
  13. Made a random plane inspired by the J-31 / F-35 I crashed into the island airfield control tower and uhhh....this happened Notice the thin line between the cockpit and the tower...it's a strut connecter....interesting phenomenen anyone seen this before? Trying...
  14. I'd just like to show off here Fully stock, think this was in 1.0.2, the refueling boom can retract etc. Once the fighter connected though, it just kept oscillating up and down till it exploded
  15. Today I put some patriot missiles on a fighter and launched them at high altitude to take potshots at stuff in orbit Close enough that the spacecraft loaded. Closest I ever got was within 1 km but I forgot which was the screenshot button
  16. Yeah I thought about making them larger but I decided it was good enough, don't want to make the plane slower than it already is.
  17. Not too much to say on this. Replica-like, but cargo bay makes it a bit fat. Flies very sluggishly with max speed of 200m/s without afterburners. Interesting to play around with supermaneuverability. It should be able to just fit a mk0 bomb or missile internally. BD Armory version has 10 AMRAAMs and some equipment and ammo in the bay Downloads: STOCK BDA Action groups in craft descriptions. If you like the craft, please give a like.   18. An F-22. It can fit ten BDarmory AMRAAMs in the cargo bay. Flies very slowly without afterburners though and not much fuel.
