Are you sure about that? I'm pretty sure you have to buy Mac-approved components, which are more expensive. A hackintosh is for someone who wants to build and mess with their computer and also wants Mac OS X. You might save a few bucks, but I don't think that's the point.

I would think negative rep would help with *poop* stirrers, and people who are very rude. However, the other forums I've seen negative rep implemented into were much larger and had a much wider demographic. Those communities were also not nearly as polite and awesome as this one. I think there has been only one post/user I wanted to give neg rep to. Some of you might recall all the drama in the work-in-progress design thread. I'm sure you moderators got a load of reports from that post.

Would it be unheard of to add pictures (gasp!) to the devnotes? And could we maybe get a thread that's similar to this one but for the devs? They very rarely post on regular threads and, even with the denotes, they still feel distant.

Hey there pingopete! I asked about how to get a sunflare in KSP 1.0.4 in this thread, and was quickly directed here by mecripp. Do you have any sharedassets9 files with the AVE or KSPRC sunflares? Feel free to PM me about this if I don't understand the shard assets files correctly or you want to keep your thread on topic. I use Kscale2 as well, don't know if that matters.

Hello there! I was looking through some old pictures of .25 and .90, and it made me realize how wonderful a modded sunflare (KSPRC, AVP, Better Atmospheres) made everything look. I've tried to install a .90 sunflare into 1.0, but saw somewhere that sunflares don't work between versions because the shared assets files change every update. But, a few weeks ago, I was looking at one of pingopete's RSS albums, and saw that he had a modded sunflare. So how do I do this? Where do I download it? Many thanks. EDIT: album fixed.

~Update~ I am on a bit of a hiatus while I take a summer class, so it's going to be a little while before I get back. I also need to renew my photoshop license, so no new updates for at least a few weeks. When I am able to return to modding, I will delete this post and let you guys know what I'm working on.
