Do you think it would be possible to add a config that allowed Kerbals to sink, and to allow the camera to move instead of staying fixed under the water?

Is there a simplified version of the Tylo config? I am trying to make a mod that adds atmospheres to stock bodies, but without recoloring or resizing.

This is one of my favorite packs, on par with Urania in my opinion.
